I absolutely love this place! I always feel confident taking my car here. Two weeks ago my tire kept leaking air nobody could find where it was coming from, so I took it to Pats Tire, they found the problem!!

Pats was able to figure out a problem Ive had with my vehicle for 2 years that 5 other tire/car repair businesses couldnt. They made sure to inform me in detail of everything my car needed to be fixed and pricing. My car was repaired very quickly and for an incredible low cost. I will 100% be bringing my vehicles back to Pats for any future needs.

Had a slow leak in a tire and they were able to get me in right away. Found a screw, patched it up, and had me one my way within an hour. Polite guys and fair prices. Would definitely go back. Thank you for your quick service and fair price!

They have always very kind and done a decent job when I had my Hyundai. Unfortunately they couldnt do much for my Jaguar when it sprung a power steering leak. Still 5 stars for great customer service!

Have had car serviced for many years.lately.my appt was put last so my wife had to find a ride 18mi.one way nights.they supposedly put air in a tire I asked for repair.they didnt even put the cap on the air valve.but it still leaks.a fuse they blew by doing diagnostic improperly.power steering fuse.caused pump to stop so no power.said they didnt have the one and that I can get one at a parts house.i will only go thete because 3tires are still under warranty . they off my Christmas list.😡🤬😠

Regardless of what other mechanics told me the problem was with my truck, Pats Tire & Auro Repair found the real issue and fixed it saving me potentially thousands. They also got the job done and got me rolling in a realistic time frame (quick). I dont usually do reviews but this place is deserving.

They replaced part ahead of schedule and are always courteous. Never tries to overinflate whats wrong or overcharge.

They were incredibly helpful. I was on a road trip, passing through Oklahoma City, and thought something was wrong with my car. They were willing to look at my car immediately, fixed the issue, and gave me a really great price for their service. They were incredibly kind, and if I lived in Oklahoma City, I would use Pat’s as my regular mechanic.

Had our van checked out before we took a road trip, they were super fast and awesome, no waiting got me in quick. I will always go to them whenever we need anything for the van or car!!!

My family had a tire problem when we were traveling and I called probably a dozen shops in the area but this one had the best customer service and exactly what I needed. The guys got my tire fixed up on short notice on a Saturday. When I was waiting, I noticed that a few other people stopped by and called in with car issues. Even though it was close to closing time, the guys here treated everyone with respect, patiently tried to help where they could and didnt try to rush anyone off.

This place is amazing! Outstanding customer service! We were expecting a 2 to 3 hour wait and mark knew we were on a time crunch and got our tire repaired and gave us a call back 20 minutes later! If you need fast reliable service I highly recommend Pats!!

I grew up in a time that valued customer service, honesty, reliability. Too many people and businesses these days have forgotten these values/character traits. This is one of the businesses that can be trusted in todays world. For roughly the last ten years, they have told me exactly what my car needs. The work is timely and fairly priced.. They tell me if the maintenance is an immediate necessity, or maybe can wait a bit to budget into the next paycheck or two. Their estimates and recommendations have been reliable. When there is an either/or choice I have to make, I can ask what they would do on their own cars and get an honest answer. The answer is not always the most expensive option; it is the best one for that situation, which includes value for their customers dollar. I highly recommend this company to friends and family anytime car repair or maintenance is mentioned. Is just my opinion, but one cant go wrong with these guys.

Too high on used tires. I was looking for a 235/75/15. They wanted $50. New at Hibdons was $70.

This facility is not like most places. Theyre not trying to convince you to pay for items a computer program recommended, they provide a diagnosis, explain why and how it will help and the total cost and time it will take to get the job completed. Pats has always treated my husband and I with respect and fairness. We wouldnt take our cars anywhere else. They do not overcharge, they tell you what you need right away and what can wait, and since we get our oil changed there, they are able to check the cars over and warn us of anything that looks like its going to need work soon. Other than flat tires, Ive never been caught unawares by car trouble since going to Pats. I highly recommend this place.

Weve had to take all three of our cars here for various reasons and are always met with fast and friendly service. No one there ever tries to take advantage and sell us something thats not needed. Drove in this morning and got a nail removed from my tire and patched right up. Quick, easy, and cheap!

Just like most shops, try to sell you something you dont need. When asking for a certain item, they want to up sell you on different item.

Flushed radiator, changed ball bearings, changed oil, all at a decent price. They provided a courtesy ride too. Rotated tires (which I know they did cause I marked them) honest group of people!

I was going to Valvoline for years, getting charged an arm & 2 legs, then the one on Douglas Blvd in Midwest City scratched my driver door & refused to fix it. Id seen Pats Good Year Tire & Auto on the corner of S.E. 15th for years & theyre always busy....a very good sign for good service. I called, drove my Jeep in, got an oil change & a new filter ( with a smile) for less than half the amount Id been charged at the other place. I bought my tires there & had 2 more oil changes since then w/a coupon,its even cheaper. They even have a credit card you can apply for & get on the spot. EXCELLENT SERVICE & I highly recommend Pats to anyone,especially women .

These guys are awesome and nice. That was a year ago. Since then Ive gotten to know Mr. Steve and Mr. Mark and they Really Know their car stuff..Their customer service is off the charts and rating them at 5 stars is a major understatement. They care about their customers and they dont get over on females like a lot of other car service places do. Their Honesty and they make sure you understand whats going on and never have I felt like I was asking too many questions. And when I informed Mr. Steve I wanted a new car he made the suggestion for me to go to Enterprise Sales on Memorial see Jessica. I did best car sales experience Ive ever had. I am so thankful for the guys at Pats! I have an older model Honda with very high mileage and I am amazed at how accurately they diagnose its problems. They are always quick to explain everything to me and make those needed repairs. No matter what type of vehicle you drive, the guys at Pats can fix it for you. They are the best.

Absolutely fantastic. This is probably the most honest mechanic shop Ive ever gone to. They do not try to rip you off by adding in unnecessary work to take advantage of lack of car knowledge. I am extremely impressed with this shop and will continue to go back every chance I get.

Helped me get a cheap replacement tire to get my car through the end of its life. Unbeatable price and free installation (along with a convenient drop off/pick up for fitting the tire to the rim). The tire is doing just fine several months later and the experience of replacing the busted tire was exceedingly painless.

Long wait and expensive. Had an emergency flat but they couldnt get to me until the next day. I dont have time to schedule a tire repair. Representative was not very nice.

My gearshift on my 2009 PT Cruiser was stuck in park. I had it towed to Pats and he had to order the part which would take three to five business days for delivery. Knowing I could not be without my car that long, he did a makeshift repair that allowed me to drive my car until the part arrived, and he didnt charge me a cent for that! That is service above-and-beyond! He also gave me a quote on a wheel bearing repair that was considerably lower than my usual mechanic charges. I doubt that I will ever take a vehicle anywhere else. And they are open on Saturdays!! Check them out for sure!

Got job done and was not overly expensive.

I had taken my car there earlier this week. I was told I would need a motor mount and two new tires. I knew I could find it cheaper than what they were quoting me for. The reason why Im giving one star is because when I picked up my car, Mark said to me be careful out there in the rain until you can afford new tires. That is an extremely rude thing to say. To say the least I found another mechanic to do my motor mount and I have purchased the tires for half the price they were quoting me. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Had my truck aligned and wheels balanced a couple of months ago and now the vibration is back. Went in today to see if they could look at it and even though they had only 3 vehicles in a 8 bay service area they said they were too Slammed to look at it and that it would be close to 4 days before they could get to it. I highly recommend using a different Goodyear Tire Center.

Found a used tire at a great price! The only reason Pats Tire does not get 5/5 stars is because they do not offer free flat tire repair (free patch/free plugs) on their store-bought tires, like their competitors (Discount Tire) offer.

The only place that I take my car. They explain everything in detail. I get coupons in the mail. They also provide transportation to and from their dhop for free.

Great HONEST service!!!! Had a huge nail in a new tire. They were upfront that it could possibly not be fixed (I thought this was the typical needs more work speel) yet they promised to try and trouble shoot it. Ten minutes later they came back and said the tire didnt actually get punctured. They tested it out for safety then sent me on my way. Any other place i would have expected to be run through the gambit, but these guys truely showed integrity in their service.

Had a tire go flat on me took it to Pats where I bought it and when the manager pulled the tire out of my truck he bent the mount for my rearview camera and busted my license plate cover. This is just the most recent in a long line of issues Ive had with them.
