First time getting gas today at Valero and left crying. I try not to let people get the best of me. But this man was incredibly rude. He came out yelling at the pumps caught me off guard startled me a bit he was being so rude he told me that obviously my card wasnt working when the pump told me to remove nozle and select grade he then said he was so sorry that I had to actually come in and get gas when I was just trying to swipe my card to get gas and following the pumps order.. I had to go in and ask this man for 20 in gas while crying. Why be mad over something so simple. Thanks for a great day hope yours is better than mine.

Wish I could give her less. Terrible customer service and will be going to corporate. Yelled at me for trying to get gas lol! Cant make this up. She unquestionably gives the ENTIRE company a bad name with how she runs her business and addresses her customers. #badforbusiness #badforvalero Usually I dont leave reviews but when service is this terrible...Ive got time.

I am so glad there are literally thousands of options for gas in the morning. I will never stop here again. And Valero, this lady is making your whole company look bad. I will stick to 7-11 and Onque from now on. They know how to treat people.
