This place is the worst. Ill NEVER go to one of your locations again. The pharmacy team is rude and unhelpful. I watch them talk badly about customers after they left. Pick and choose who they want to help. And then get mad when you call them on it.

This store has always had the items I needed. Staff is friendly and store always clean. The only drawback I have is they need to state their store policy on refunds. I used their Western Union service sending $500. The recipient later called that the money was not needed. I went back for refund, but the maximum refund they allow is $300. I ended up going elsewhere for a refund.
Absolute worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. Tried to use the rest room before my purchase, one employee told me no due to covid, the MANAGER says no because the floor was wet. I usually dont go to Walgreens because of the customer service is horrific, definitely wont be back. I imagine it was because I am black. Although I made my purchase only because my son needed something I will not be back.The manager and photo person need to be in another line of work.They are horrific. Should be zero stars.
Threaten by the pharmacy tech, she came out the office to hit me while waiting on medication for my 6 month old baby with a double ear infection.
Pharmacists and staff in the pharmacy are amazing. Extremely helpful and always have a pleasant attitude. Several have more than once gone above and beyond in helping me resolve issues I have had because of the horrific customer service issues I came to them with from the Walgreens in Del City on 29th and Sunnylane.
They do not even deserve a 1 as a reviw....My facebook post for today if reference to my visit with the pharmacy only couldnt post it under pharmacy!If ANYONE on my newsfeed uses Walgreens Pharmacy on Midwest Blvd and Reno I suggest you change. They (pharmacy staff) have zero compassion for their clients. Ordering a new insulin at 10 am because my current pharmacy is out and it will take possibly almost a week before it can be restocked. They received the transfer at 10 am and at 3 pm they still did not have it in their system! Thats 5 hours...well my current pharmacy tech gave the transfer via phone to a man! Again never entered the 1st time! My current pharmacy contacted by phone again and by almost 4 pm it was ready....my sugars are crazy high because of this had I got it at around 10am as I should I would be in normal range! I submitted an offical/corporate and verbal complaint and will make sure anyone I know can transfer their RXs out! I will help if you need assistance! Each time I went in to pick up I wasnt very nice and the 2nd person who assisted me started I wont do this with you! So that sweet turned to sour real quick! I then asked to have it transferred back to my pharmacy and they refused said my current one would have to call. Its a angry customer! Do it or the consequences will go from top to bottom in the chain of command!
Horrible Customer Service, Manager refused to speak to customer about a question. Never have I had an experience where the manager refuses to speak to a customer to answer a simple question that the clerk did not know the answer to. Hence, requesting to speak to the manager who would know the answer to the question.

The customer service was horrible! we went there and wanted to get a passport picture taken, we needed 4 copies of the picture, the employee started questioning us about why we needed 4 pictures, and we told her but there was no need for her to be questioning us about it in the first place. They said we were going to have to pay an additional 14 dollars for another 2 pictures, we told them we didn’t want it and left the store. We went to the CVS right next to it and they had much better customer service and they were very helpful. They gave us 4 copies of the picture and we paid 14 dollars for 2 pictures and the other 2 only cost us 70 cents more.

I stopped in Walgreens.close to my house on my way home from work today and the cashier was very rude to customers. I waited at the line (she was not at the register she was closing the exit door)She did not great me. My daughter waited at the assigned line a man came up right behind her and the cashier very rudly told him to go behind the line. I tried to go out the exit door and it wasnt working and she told me very rudly to use the other one. I feel we are all in the same position in this virus thing and some of us have to still work and some dont. But there is no need to be so rude. At least she has a job. Ill think twice before going there again.

Drive past two other Walgreens from my home to go to this one! The majority of the staff has been consistent with very little turnover for years. They are always pleasant and greet customers and are helpful. The pharmacy staff are my favorite! My insurance has designated I cannot use Walgreens after the end of the year and Im already missing the awesome and courteous pharmacy staff!
This locations is exceptional, the storefront folks are friendly and pleasant. However the strong point is the pharmacy. The staff there are the BEST. All pharmacies have wait times, the folks here do their utmost to get you in and out fast.

Walgreens its a great place to get your prescriptions filled and to pick up any of those last-minute items you forgot to put on your shopping list. A great selection of over the counter drugs.
Cashiers are rude and very unprofessional towards customers. It’s like they are unhappy with their jobs! Never met a nice cashier yet. Very unhappy with my experience yesterday with the cashier named Gabby. She was very “ghetto” and had a hateful spirit about her. I hate that i live so close to this one! I wish this Walgreens will hire some new cashiers with good customer service!
Allace was rude no customer service at all mangers did nothing about it no apologies or nothing, as I was explains to the manager what had happen i could here her making smart remarks to another Walgreens to the other employe that was working . I shop hear regularly never had a problem until today .When a employees can disrespect and customer and the managers stands by her before even gaining a understand of the situation what dose that tell you about the company.
Just went to Walgreens to pick up feminine essentials, the woman said my card was damaged and didnt even try to type in my debit card info. This was a white woman who was taking a phone call while there was a line 3 costumers deep. Then when she got off the phone she berated her African American elderly coworker. Had to go to oncue to get tampons. Really disappointed with how rude she was and she deserves a reprimand for belittling her coworker in front of costumers.

Great customer service. Gave me a cheaper price on my rx than Wal-Mart or Wilsons by using discount cards they had behind the counter. Very friendly and helpful.

Have been using this location for years. Today I went to check out and they had the wrong item in the wrong spot. After the price check I was told that I could get the Walgreens version if I like for that price but other wise someone stocked it in the wrong section. NOT MY FAULT. I went on and purchased my item and now rethinking ever using this location again in the future.
Worst pharmacy I have EVER dealt with.. theyll flat out like and say they placed an order until its so late in the day that you cant fix the issue and choose another pharmacy. This place needs to be shut down, theyll end up killing someone one day. Multiple issues literally every single time. Full of morons
This complaint is in regard to the Pharmacys two technicians and the pharmacist. During my 1-hour lunch break, I visited the pharmacy at the Air Depot location a little past noon. I intended to get my flu shot for the season. When I arrived at the counter there were two people ahead of me in line, a woman speaking with a technician and another woman waiting ahead of me. A second technician and the pharmacist were handling the drive-thru and prescriptions. I opted to stay in hopes of getting the shot before having to return to the office. When my turn in line came, I told the tech that I wanted to get a flu shot, and asked how long the wait time would be which she said would be about 20 minutes. This I was fine with, and I asked if they had the preservative free shot in stock. She said shed have to ask the pharmacist who was on the phone. The tech explained she had to wait to speak to her and proceeded to help the next person in line (of which there were 4-5 people in line behind me by then). I stepped to the side to wait, and when the pharmacist was available, I asked her myself while the tech helped the other person. One of the two techs became available and started to help the next person, but I got her attention and explained what I was waiting for. She pulled up my information in the system then told me that she would have forms for me to fill out in a few minutes. Thirty minutes had passed by the time I decided to head back to work. I never received the forms to fill out, even after waiting five minutes from the time the second tech had looked up my information. None of the three employees even gave me so much as a glance after this. There was only one person left of the line thatd formed behind me initially. My time is just as valuable as everyone elses and in short supply. I should have received more efficient service, and expect no less. My experience at this location left me feeling ignored and passed over. This is unacceptable, and I will no longer use this pharmacy for my prescription or vaccination needs. I have been a long standing customer of this location. Ive noticed a decline in customer service which I dont have time for. I intend to begin using CVS or Walmart from here on out.
Worst service Ive ever had with a pharmacy. Pharmacist was rude, inconsiderate, and had no compassion. I had just had my wisdom teeth taken out and hadnt eaten the previous day because of the surgery and had explained the mixture of medication, hunger, and anasteshia wearing off was effecting my mood. We waited for 20 minutes for the cashier (not pharmasict) to tell us she couldnt figure it out. We brought back RX#, DO#, and every piece of information they could think to ask for. Afterwards (waiting for another 20 minutes) they said they couldnt complete the process because they couldnt figure out who handled prescriptions. When questioned why and who to contact the pharmacist behind the cashier snapped we have over 40,000 companies it could be under (tall, bald, heavier set gentlemen) so after about an hour of waiting, medication wearing off, feeling sick from anasteshia, the pharmacist finally gives up. Because of the pain from talking I asked if they could call to locate the company and the same pharmacist replies he doesnt know and asks what I want him to do about it. Im not sure if I caught him on a bad day or if this is how he acts in general but this is unacceptable. Ive had walgreens as my main pharmacy along with using it day to day. Ill gladly be changing to CVS across the street from now on. Over at CVS it took no more than 10 minutes after calling my provider with all information needed, setting my new information in, and filling prescription. The PHARMACIST at the counter needed little information compared to the two pages of notes I had to tale down and talk with for an hour at Walgreens. She even knew what information she was looking for and called for me while I had my mouth filled with my gauze from my surgery two hours before. They had one medication they couldnt fill but contacted a pharmacy down the street that could and even set everything up for me. So to sum my experience up, I wont be returning to walgreens and will definitely inform family and friends of the experience expected from best companies.-kaleb
