Fixed an error in my order even when it became apparent that there was nothing to do with the paint but take the loss. Got me what I needed. I really appreciated the quality service, Ill be back....Havent used the paint yet, though, but this is supposed to be premium stuff so its hard to imagine being disappointed.

Sherwin- Williams makes some of the best paint. Ive read these reviews and replys. As a contractor or any business, you depend on your people to perform. they represent you. Although things got sorted out, my time is money.

Ive ordered specialty colors from this company and as a professional painter? I think its extremely unprofessional for them not to replace paint that was not done right by them... They refuse to refund your money and youre stuck with a color you did not ask for

The employee that serviced me was very unprofessional and rude. I was running an errand for my husband who was working on a project. My husband has called prior to ask questions. When I arrived and inquired about paint color, sheen, amount of paint etc. The employee was very short with me saying, I already told him on the phone. Well, Im not him so, why treat me as such? God forbid I ask this employee a question...

The MWC store set up an account with history of my paint purchase details, and when I needed more of one paint they had the information to readily provide more when I called. Great service.

I called in a order on the phone asked to make up another 5 gallon of the flat Outdoor gray I ordered 10 days ago. the options he had to choose from that I ordered 10 days ago were Antique White, Proper Grey, add a custom brown color. He made another 5 gallon of the custom brown color. He said it was my fault. My view on this is if I call in to order another five gallon of grey and you see in the system I ordered a color called Proper gray on that day. Make the Proper Grey color and not brown.

This store is top notch. They are very helpful in helping the customer pick the correct product. A disabled man came into the store confused and upset. The young man in charge demonstrated the upmost professionalism. He was kind, compassionate, and listened to the man vent. Not many people could have handled the situation at hand. As a bonus the young man also counted my change back to me. Thats good business. I was most impressed and intend to do with this fine establishment.

Dennis and his manager (did not get his name) were extremely helpful and they took care of me and the other customers in a reasonable amount of time considering there were only two of them in the store. I will be visiting them again for future needs.

When it comes to painting your house or business or whatever then seriously just spend the extra money cause Sherwin Williams is worth it by far cause i mean when u think about it, buying the cheaper paint guarantees having to get 2 to 3 times as much because of all the extra coats youll have to apply to even come close to Sherwins paint so come on people I know everyone has heard the saying, You get what you pay for

I went to this store because I was using a product I had on hand purchased from here and I wanted the color to match. They wouldnt sell me indoor paint because Im going to use it outside. Unbelievable. Wont be back.

I dont have a clue as to how this store gets so many 5 star ratings from people. Everytime Ive ever attempted to do any job using this particular store, Ive always ended up regretting it. They never get a stain match right and I always end up having to come back several times, and most times I just end up giving up and taking it to another store.. Not to mention that if you need something mixed that day, its almost garranteed to not be ready until the very end of the day, meaning that your job is now going to run into 2 days when it only shouldve taken one. Add to that the fact that the girl that works the counter is rude as hell and obviously doesnt know much about paint other than the rehearsed excuses she has for why shes waisted your time and money.Just once Id like to have a good experience at this particular store, but it looks as though thats never going to happen.

That is one of the best selection to paint colors imaginable and theyre very customer friendly and willing to mix what color you want you just pay for what you get its not cheap but its worth it

Over the years I have worked with all the staff at the Mid West City, OK store, managed by Stormy. Again, with concistence they are helpful, informed, courteous, and so easy to work with.
