Very helpful! Very first bed buying experience. I did try other places before buying, and almost had myself doubting my first choice being the right choice, but the price, the quality for that price, and the knowledge of the staff are what sealed the deal. Went in to look at pillows. Salesman was pushy and then dismissive when we couldnt find a pillow we liked. We were polite throughout and told the other salesman sitting at the door thank you and have a good day on our way out and he totally ignored us. Would not shop there again.

We went in to “LOOK” and get the sticker shock over on an adjustable bed. Well Alberto hooked us up on some great deals. He went above and beyond and made it a great transaction. If you are looking for a new mattress or pillow ask for Alberto. He will do you good! Great service and very friendly. So glad I did not go to the main store. I got a better deal here.

They had all different kinds of beds. We walked through the store and looked at some of the beds we looked at other places. They were fairly busy, so except for the greeting when we walked in, we didnt talk to anyone.

We were greeted by Alberto in a very friendly manner that conveyed we were the reason he was working, not an interruption of his day. He was very knowledgeable and able to tell us about each mattress and what it was best known for.

Joe was super attentive and very thorough of the products.

Worst service EVER if you have an issue with the mattress. I purchased 2 twin mattresses. Mine leaned to the outside immediately after the first night. I immediately called Customer Service and was told I had to submit a claim. I called back every week and was always told to leave a message. 5 weeks later I finally get a hold of someone and told the warranty only covers dipping. They would let me exchange the bed for an additional $199. I have to pay to hopefully get a mattress that isnt defective. I will never buy from this company again.

I was showed what I was purchasing but as I was walking out the door I was told I was not getting what I was shown I was told I was getting a level three base for a queen mattress for a certain price but when I cashed out that is not what I bought as I was walking out the door she came and got me and said here let me go show you the base you just bought a base that I havent even seen so I canceled my order I told her that that is not what she showed me and sold me customer service there really sucks I would not go there the store I went to was across from Tinker Air Force Base

We bought a purple mattress with an adjustable base last weekend and it was delivered today. From start to finish, the process was wonderful! Alberto and Joe both took great care of us. We worked with Joe on Thursday night to get questions answered and get all the information we needed. We returned Friday afternoon with a few more questions and worked with Alberto. Both Joe and Alberto were knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. After a less-than-stellar experience at a different location, Joe and Alberto went above and beyond to make sure we knew the Mathis Brothers way of treating customers. I cannot wait to sleep in my new bed tonight!! (Is 5:30 too early to go to bed?) I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a new bed.

What a wonderful store! Clean, I mean no dust anywhere! Immaculate restrooms! And the choices? Many. Alberto was our sales rep. He answered all our questions and offered different combinations of mattresses for us to try. We tried three, and finally settled on one, an W&L Apsley King. We chose this one because of comfort. The other plus: manufactured by Mathis Sleep Center. W&L are the two brothers who comprise W&L. So manufactured here. The bed is absolutely so comfortable! My back is finally happy again!

Lots of mattresses to check out. We purchased a mattress and base within the last year or so from them. Still like the bed. Most mattress places put you under lots of pressure, but they are okay here. Went today to look at the pillows they sell.

Would not buy from here again. There swap out policy was definitely different from what they told me. Had to call district mgr in order to swap to a different style of bed. Read the small print

We found our salesman, Alberto M. to be professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He patiently answered our many questions. We walked out with a new Tempur-pedic.... and a new friend.

Our experience was great. Had a little delay in delivery but it all worked out. Antonio Morejon was knowledgeable and patient! The delivery guys were reassuring, quick and very pleasant. Sorry I didn’t get their names. Only one night in our new bed but very comfy.

Our new bed was delivered with some manufacturing flaws and the delivery guys were very professional and got us set up for a new mattress the next day. Purchased a Sterns & Foster Tempur-pedic bed at the Midwest City location. Joe was such a great help to my mother. Joe was very positive and well educated on the materials that he was selling to my mother. Had a delivery time set up for the next day. My mother became ill and we had to change the delivery time for the next day and the two men that arrived was very polite and courteous of setting up the bed. Went to the sleep center in Midwest City to look at beds and got way more than was expected. I didnt know there were so many choices but Rachel Barlow, our sales person, answered every question and took the time to help us find the perfect mattress and frame. She is very knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to cover the pros and cons of the may different bed types. I highly recommend the Mathis Sleep Center.

Quick, accessible, easy, not crowded, no pressure. Rachel was the best. I went in one day to look, had questions. She answered them all. I went back the next day, more questions. She was knowledgeable, courteous, patient. I made two purchases. Monday I went back with more questions about my mattresses. She was so kind. A great experience.

The 2 salesmen were super friendly and helpful. No pressure to buy. Excellent experience.Update:The motion bases we wanted were not in stock and wouldnt be for several days. The salesmen convinced me to purchase their floor model as- is then sold me the warranty to cover any issues. Immediately we noticed that one of the massage motors has something with it and was so loud it was unusable. I contacted the store only to be reminded that it was as-is and to contact the warranty company. The warranty company is refusing to remedy the issue so here I sit months later with a very expensive piece of furniture I cant enjoy. I will be spending my money elsewhere in the future and recommending others I do likewise.

Rachel Barlow was outstanding. Never felt pressured as a must buy experience. She answered all our questions and showed us all our options. Only complaint would have been with delivery. The delivery crew called and said they where on their way and would be here in 20-30 minutes. 2 hours, 10 minutes later they showed up. Would have appreciated a courtesy call saying they were running late. They were very courteous and had our bed set-up in no time. We would highly recommend Mathis Sleep Center and Rachel Barlow to anyone looking for a new bed!
