The on site manager is awesome!! If youre straight with her she will do what she can to work with you on any issue. My whole family uses this storage facility because theyre so awesome!!

Mrs. Sherry is OUTSTANDING!!!! I appreciate the consistent high quality of customer service she has provided since day one. I know one thing for sure that every month no matter what Im going through making that call to Mrs. Sherry is always uplifting. Beside the facility being close to my home and very affordable, Sherry is a wonderful, knowledgeable and super nice and professional site manager. Nice place and reasonable prices. Weve had a storage here for over 10 years. Weve not had any problems. Collyn has always been very nice. He fixes issues that come with wear and tear as quickly as he can and keeps us informed of progress. There are many storage unit choices and we stay here because of the service weve received in our 10+ years here.

Great place very nice and great customer service. She knew I was moving a lot by myself and offered the use of extra dollies. Which really made it easier on me. Will use this storage again if I ever need one.

Ive had problems with other storages and finally found a really good one so if you need a storage then go to american self storage on air depot in midwest city ok and talk to Sherry, shes awesome and great to work with!

Im happy with the location and the access. I just hate the spiders and other creatures that cant be kept out of my unit. I believe its because theyre an older facility. Other than that its awesome. The grounds keeper really went out of his/her way this winter during the freezes and I did appreciate that.

No regrets using American Self Storage. Collyn has been taking good care of us for years now. If you want a safe place for your treasured belongings, this is the place!

Will never use this storage facility again. Initially thought Collyn was nice professional and awesome at caring for tenants. I went back to remove my things from storage 5 days late and asked about the charge. Instead of explain Mr Goddard yelled for me to get the hell out of his office. I was not rude loud of irritated. I was very alarmed and caught off guard. He even threaten to call the cops on me. I told him to please do that because Ive done nothing wrong just asked a question. I walk out and go over my paperwork and he charged me 110.00 without my knowledge I came to pay off my storage and move not to be harrassed yelled at and belittled because COLLYN GODDARD would not explain why he charges this amount. I will contact the main office and uhaul.
