Good luck if you rent space from these people getting any response when your door is messed up. I cant open my door to my unit and havent been able to without help for almost a year. I have been asking for someone to fix my door for almost a year with no luck..not even a phone call back. No problem taking my money and charging top dollar though.Update: arrangements have been made to fix my door to my unit. Thank you for taking care iof the situation Morningstar.

Phyllis, the manager, is great! Excellent experience so far. The storage facility is clean and well kept. The use of a free moving truck is awesome! Will add more later.

Everything about reserving the unit was very easy and straightforward. Phyllis is outstanding!

Met a couple from the market place from FB. Good refrigerator. I bought the refrigerator on 9-1-21 it went out on 9-15-21 I contacted Barbara the saler she had the worst attitude, even when I said ok thank you to her no warranty she got me for $200 do not buy from anyone named Barbara on FB market place. I had to renew this review.

Lady at the counter dropped what she was doing to help us get out of town on emergency. She was polite and about as nice as they come, my apologies for the stress level. Thank you so very much.

Staff is very nice and helpful. The property is clean and well taken care of. I like the fact that you have 24 hour access to your unit if you need it as well.

I called 3 storage places around the same area. They just basically hung up on me after letting me know they didn’t have any units available. MORNINGSTAR STORAGE actually went out of their way to try to help me and took the time to give me options to work with. They have excellent customer service and will recommend anyone around the area to make this location their first stop in their search for a storage. They are guaranteed to save you the headache, time, and money.

I have been working with the ladies at the Douglas and Reno location, they are very easy to work with, very friendly and Helpful. I recommend going to see these ladies for your storage needs, I do think your prices are higher than others and that I dont like. But everything else including the 24 access is fantastic.JLWilliams

The entire process was quick and easy. I was helped as soon as I walked in, given a free lock, box and use of a moving truck. I like that I can pay online as well without additional fees. I was in and out in under 20mins and the customer rep was a sweetheart.

The crew was quick and friendly and everything went well. I had a LOT of stuff and they worked fast and efficiently. It got broken up into two load days because it was storming outside with 60-70 mph winds and was dark. Their truck didnt have a fine light. This was odd and unsafe. So supervisors, if you read this, get your crews lights since it gets dark pretty early in the winter. But overall. Great experience and would definitely recommend.
