Interesting name! A shoppe of curiosities as well as antiques. I visited during the Milford Pumpkin Festival 🎎.Two levels. Sales and discounts applied to select merchandise.That Hey? I use to have that when I was a kid! or Arrgh! Why didnt I hold onto that! reaction hit 🎯 me multiple times while browsing through the store. I found a Christmas 🎄 gift 🎁 for my son and an inexpensive book 📖 and fall decoration for myself.Comic books, sports memorabilia, toys, posters, decorations, books 📚 as well as antiques are part of the menagerie to look through.Staff were friendly, but, I think 🤔 I was followed by an associate. Security cameras are in use and I dont blame them for using them.I recommend a visit.

Nice old bridge in lovely Milford New Hampshire, you can walk along the river very peaceful, good for dog walking.

Loved this place...great selection of antiques and hand crafted items....we will be back for sure!!!!

I visited the Serendipity on the Oval on March 24th 2021, as soon as I walked in I looked in the direction of the male and female behind the counter and waited briefly for them to greet me, but they said nothing so I said hi to them and received no response. This made me feel unwelcome and it was extremely rude. The male and female were only interested in chatting with each other than acknowledging me.. I looked around for a while and then approached the door, they were still chatting and did not say anything to me.. It was a very cold and unfriendly store and I will not be back.....

Such a wonderful place with wonderful owners. I travel from Florida to visit my daughter and shop here every visit. The past visit I found so many wonderful items I had to buy a suitcase and check a bag to get them all home! Next time I plan to drive 1,000 + miles instead of flying! It will be worth the drive!

Used to visit this place with my kids and find various trinkets for them - old toys, inexpensive Christmas ornaments, backpacks, etc. — and all 3 of us enjoyed it. But last time we went in the owner yelled at me for bringing kids in with me. I guess he’s had some bad experiences with kids since the last time we’d visited, or some other experience that turned him from friendly to rude. It’s a shame for us since we used to like stopping in and for the store since I’ll never spend another penny there.

Always an interesting, eclectic selection of items from which to browse. Friendly, helpful staff, whove assisted with loading car and promptly returned calls, when weve enquired about an item. A nice gem of a business on Milfords famous Oval

Dishonest businesses practice.I went into shop found an item I liked but they count find the price for the item so I was asked to leave a deposit for the item that they may hold until they could get a hold of the dealer for the price on the item,i handed over a CASH DEPISIT TO HOLD THE ITEM. I waited a week never got a call, I went back for the item I was told item sold and I dont get my money back,i asked about a credit but I was told no money no credit.I found this unethical.I got the impression my treatment had to do with the color of my skin.Racist thiefs!
