Ever since I can remember I always wanted to get into archery. I must say I stumbled into the most awesome place Silver Birch Archery. The owner Russ and Paige took care of me. The vibe they bring and the vibe that place has is super awesome. Everyone is friendly and treat you with so much care and attention to detail. Russ and Paige are super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. So if your looking for an Archery shop look no further.

This place is run by some pretty awesome people! We arrived there at 5pm on a Sunday, just at the closing, but Mr. Ross and Paige stayed long after hours until we got everything we needed. They fitted our bows and adjusted our equipment, practiced with us, and provided expert, honest and useful advice. Very professional and extremely helpful people! I would go anywhere else for any archery needs! Thank you both for an amazing experience!

Thanks for making a 14yr old boys night!!! I can not thank Russell & staff enough for what they did for my son. My son managed to save up all summer to purchase a new bow. As one can attest that process is one that is challenging because of the fear of not getting ripped off or just simply not getting what one truly wants. SBA made this process so simple and we left the store not only extremely happy with what we chose to buy, but definitely will do ALL my archery business there in the future.WHY?1. Above and beyond attention to what the customer wants and needs.2. Stayed after hours to make sure the bow was perfect.3. Never once insulting a brand of bows to try and push a particular brand over another.4. Allowed to shoot all brands to compare and see. As if the thinking is the bow chooses the archer and not the other way around.5. Could see that he cared that my son was very satisfied with his purchase.Final note:This is how a business should be run. It was not the product or the prices though those are excellent as well. It was the process that made this experience a five star.

Came in just to purchase a quiver. Had my bow checked out and come to find out my bow was all out of wack. Everything was fixed to the T. The attention to detail here is unprecedented. I left feeling confident and accurate. A+++

Unbelievable customer service. I walked in for a birthday gift for my husband (neither of us have bows or shoot) and Russ helped me pick out the perfect bow for my husband and gave me a lesson. The young woman working was very nice and helpful and even (Im assuming) one of his daughters asked if I needed help while I was waiting. Cant wait to go back for my husbands lesson and to get a bow for myself.

I’ve dealt with archery shops, through business and recreation, and must say that Silver Birch is one of the best shops I’ve been in. When you’re there...you don’t want to leave, it’s that welcoming. Plus, Russel’s knowledge as a bow tech is stellar, knows his stuff and is more than willing to tell you what he’s doing and why. Great place overall to shoot your bow and have fun. Russ is the man! (And his female helpers are equally as awesome!!!) I went there this past weekend with my girlfriend and was only going to go to shoot at some targets for a bit. They took the time to really set up our equipment and Taylor everything to us, I was not expecting that level of care and service. The value of just the shooting range rental was worth enough for me to come back but because they went above and beyond my expectations I ended up buying a full set up that they had built up for me for an insane price! We live an hour and 45 minutes away and I definitely will be coming back to visit!

First visited the shop a few weeks back and sparked my interest in bow shooting, returned today to make a purchase. This place is the definition of customer service, on each visit here the time was taken to show me different options and price range ( even though the place was busy) . I received a lesson and was able to test out different bows . The staff is super knowledgeable and you can tell they have a passion for what they do. Been in the backyard shooting for the past few hours and can’t thank Silver Birch Archery enough!

I took my 8 yr old and had his bow checked out. It was a gift handed down from his cousin & kind of old but in good shape. Paige re strung the peep sight & turned the draw weight down, then took him to the range to try it out. We had a blast! He hit the zombie in the head twice. I bought some new broadheads for my crossbow & new arrows with field points for my son. Everyone here treats you like family & you feel it as soon as you walk through the door. They are great at what they do and are very knowlegable. They also dont want to just sell you something, especially if you dont need it. They will take the time and LISTEN to what you say & come up with the best solution for what you need. We will be going back for all our gear & work.P.s.- I live 90 miles away and found Silver Birch Archery through Pike County Outfitters when I bought my Pa. hunting license.Update: 10/30/20I went back to Silver Birch and Russ had a really nice Tenpoint crossbow he was assembling out of the box. He told me he bought it for inventory. It never made the shelf and cost half as much with the case & extra arrows than the Excalibur I am returning to an online store. He even did some cosmetic wraps on the bow for me. Thanks again Russ, you have another life long customer!

Everyone was friendly and John was super helpful tuning my (very) old bow back up.

Great place for family fun. Had some friends bring bows & I brought my crossbow shot a good part of the morning. Beats freezing in my backyard any day. Also has a lot of archery supplies that are all top-notch. Russ really knows his stuff!

Russ and his crew are “hands down” the best. It’s extremely hard to find a business that you actually feel welcomed and enjoy visiting. Your not pressured to buy “the best” equipment, but taught about a piece of equipment that is right for you. There’s not enough space to really write every reason you should visit silver birch. If your a beginner, start here. If your and expert, continue your learning here. Awesome range, awesome crew, highly recommend!

Russ and his crew are a great bunch of people. They really take good care of you and give you great advice. Ive always had great experiences there.I went to one bow shop and brought a new bow because that owner said it couldnt be adjusted. I took that same bow to Silver Birch and Russ adjusted it no problem.Russ is an honorable bowshop owner. I highly recommend Silver Birch Archery.

Whether your a first timer or an experienced archer this is the place. Great assortment of Bows from professional expensive bows too bows for your kids. The atmosphere is great for just shooting some arrows and hanging out. Overall great place to find everything you need and if not they will get it!

Went to Silver Birch with my grandson, these people went out of there way to set up his new bow he bought on a night they had a dinner to go to. For me to give these guys a five star rating, I am not easily impressed. They didnt skimp,rush or ever not put their customer first. Very impressive service and hour or more after closing. Like I said I didnt but anything and I was impressed with the attention to the work they did on this bow. Will be buying my next on there.

Best bow shop around, by far, Russell goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the bow you choose, does not try to sell you a bow that is put of your price range, can get you what you what or need if he doesnt have it already, he is extremely willing to help younwith anything, and is very fairly priced, all around great shop with great people running it.
