We asked them to give an estimate of a repair of a minor scratch.They gave an attractive price, so we let them fix the scratch.When we came to pick the car up we found an additional charge for a part which did not have to be replaced nor it was communicated to us in the original appraisal. It was an external part.This is a very unprofessional conduct. They just want to attract your business so they can charge you more later.Avoid Milford Auto Body & Collision!!!!

Jared and the crew were outstanding. Some irresponsible individual slammed their door into my F150 causing an unsightly dent that also chipped the paint. They did an amazing job. Ive had more car repairs done than I like to admit. This body shop did a better job than all of them. They finished ahead of schedule and the car looks like new both inside and out. They worked with my insurance company (Amica) so I didnt have to worry about paying. They also have a nearby Enterprise they work with for rentals. Im glad I drove the extra distance to use them.

For no charge Jared cleaned up the mess I made scraping my minivan along a parking pillar in Boston.He gave me a fair estimate for the full job. But he totally understood that it was a lot of money and probably not worth it because there werent any real dents. So he just cleaned off the paint from the parking pillar for me. It looks pretty darn good now - a lot better than I thought it would. And he wouldnt accept a dime for it.Thats what I call a long-term focus on excellent customer service!I hope Im a perfect driver from now on and I wont need to be back. But if Im not so perfect - or someone else isnt either - this is where Ill go.

I had gotten into an accident and my car was not drivable. They arranged for a tow from my house to the shop. An adjuster had gone to the shop a few days later and they started to get to work. It did take about two weeks-ish for the repairs to be done. When I picked up the car, I was so pleasantly surprised. The car was immaculate. I mean, you would have NO idea it was in an accident. They cleaned the whole inside of the car, cleaned the rugs and seats. It drives perfectly. It looks brand new. I am so thankful to have found such a reputable place. I really appreciate the attention to detail they have and wonderful customer service. The shop manager was incredibly knowledgeable and the receptionist was very helpful.

On a windy day in Milford, Ma my door got blown open where it snapped the door check. (Yeah, I had no idea what that little part was called). I’m from Nyc so I had no idea where to go to fix this little but annoying problem besides the dealer. After the dealers’ price quote I decided to look elsewhere and came across this place. I’m very glad I did. I was given an appointment and came in the next day. I waited on their comfy couch and soon met Jared. He took a quick look at it and after looking up the piece gave me an actual price(no estimate) for the repair. HALF the price of the dealer or less. I only waited a week for the piece to come in which I made another appointment to have it installed. I came in a half hour earlier than my appt and they still attended me. I was in and out within half an hour. Great repair, great price, great customer service. I will return if needed in the future and will definitely recommend to any friends I have in the area!

My 2013 Charger R/T was hit while I was in the hospital, didnt notice until I was going home 3 days later. I contacted Milford Collision and made an appointment for an appraisal. The person I spoke to was extremely courteous and professional. I scheduled to have the repair done and after receiving the car back I was extremely pleased with the quality of work and the short time they required to make the repairs, the car came back to me as good as new, and fully detailed inside and out which was a great unexpected bonus. I will use Milford Collision again in a heartbeat if the need should arise again.

Very impressed with Milford Collision. I had a deer hit the front drivers side of my Corolla. It was driveable but the drivers door wouldnt open or close properly, and the fender panel was smashed. Jared was super nice and helpful, and fixed up my car like new at a reasonable price, even vacuumed it too! The customer service was friendly and I highly recommend them if you need body work done on your car.

The entire team at Milford Auto Body and Collision was courteous and professional. They made what would usually be a stressful experience into something much better. Everytime I called I was referred to the same person each time and it was nice having a consistent point of contact. Jared was informative and helpful with any questions I had. My car was completed and Jared gave me a review of the work completed plus a few maintenance issues the team had noticed while it was being worked on.Another plus is that Enterprise will pick you up from Milford Auto Body and Collision plus you can drop the rental there which is super convenient for my busy life style.All in all it was a great experience.

I had a great experience with Milford Auto Body & Collision. Every staff member I encountered was knowledgeable, friendly, and timely. Dan assessed the damage and had my appointment booked within minutes. Dianna at the front desk did all the work for the rental car and had all the paperwork ready to go for me when the car was done. Jared and Dan were very pleasant when I picked up the car, went over the work that was done, and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. The work they did was quality, they got it done in more than a timely fashion, and my car looked immaculate when finished (and not just the repair, they cleaned and detailed my whole car). I would highly recommend this place as it was by far the BEST shop I ever worked with thanks to these employees.

I received a referral here by the owner of the shop I get my car serviced. I was in communication with Jared over touching up some scratches/paint removal on my car, prior to trading it in, and he was phenomenal! I got the paint from my car dealer and he took the time to touch it up for me as I waited. His response time to emails was so quick - not to mention the turnaround time to fix my car for trade a few days later. Had these fine folks fix my wifes car after a fender bender. It was the most painless thing I have ever done in my life. They literally took care of everything! No hassles what-so-ever and the work was astonishing! Absolutely no signs of any impact on the vehicle. All the seams were aligned and flush. Excellent job!

We had our Chevy Cruze bumper and rear quarter panel fixed after someone had backed into our car. They did a great job fixing our car, were very friendly, and detailed the car. We would definitely go back to them for future repairs.

Have a super old car that we are driving until it dies. Was in a small fender bender which left the front bumper hanging off. We didnt want it replaced to its original beauty, but rather so the car could be safely driven. Made an appointment to assess the damage, and to my shock, Jared drove the car around with the bumper remounted! He wouldnt take anything for the help, but asked for a review, which I am gladly giving! Would definitely bring another car there in the future, but hopefully we wont need to! Excellent company!

I walked into The Milford Collision center to get a quote for an entirely new bumper and walked out with my current bumper looking as good as new! Dan at Milford Collision took one look at my bumper and said that I didnt need a new bumper (other collision centers quotes this work at $200-$300) and that he could fix it up for free on the spot! I didnt have an appointment, there was no wait, I paid $0 and walked out with my car all fixed! The customer service, honesty, and amazing service I received is a true testament to the collision center. Above and beyond my expectations (got my car back sparkling clean inside and out), wonderful customer service (they sent me almost daily updates on my repairs) and the staff was super nice and accommodating.
