Went to I G Burton for an oil change on my class c motor home. Was in shock when they gave me the bill. $249 for just an oil change! The most Ive ever paid for and oil change was $130. Totally outrageous! An oil filter and six quarts of oil. Labor was $172! Ill pass the word around in the camping community not to go here and you can guarantee I wont be back. I can buy oil and a filter for less than $50 and change it myself!

Everyone is very nice and while I was waiting for my rv to get serviced one of the employees asked me if I had lunch. He offered to take me with him but my rv was just completed. I have never had anyone offer that at my normal car service center.

Went to Buy a car. The salesperson, Ariel, was courteous. We made an offer and Ariel brought in a counter offer. All that was ok and then the Manager Vincent came to talk and he was downright rude. His words were - Its either this offer or the door. Think about it - this is a dealership whose manager shows the customers the door. The salesperson had an aghast look on his face and shaking his head. No wonder the car has not been sold for last 6 months. Dont know how IG Burton has been in the business for so long - maybe it depends on the masochist customers who like to be demeaned.

#####DONT TRUST IG BURTON#####Horrible customer service! Brought my car to repaired after an accident. Did a horrible job repairing vehicle and defrauded my insurance company. Dont trust them they are absolute sorry excuse for a dealership and have absolutely zero integrity. I would not recommend any one purchasing or servicing any cars with them.
