Bought a Lincoln at Stevens from Annette Corzo. She was very customer focused and worked with us to find the best vehicle. Would highly recommend Annette, and the management staff.

Very disappointed in the service of our Lincoln. Ive had to bring the car in several times for the same issue and most of the time no trouble found only to be fixed after several appointments. Most recent was an appointment scheduled to have 4 tires replaced. After making arrangements to have the car dropped off and unavailable to us, they never ordered the tires and had no idea why I was there! Love my Lincoln - dealership not so much.

I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from this dealership. I have had problems with my vehicle just a day after purchasing it. I have brought my car in for service twice within the first two weeks of owning the car and have a 3rd appointment scheduled for new issues in the car. I have gone to the dealership in person and was told that they would assist me in getting into a new vehicle however, when I arrived I was told there was nothing they can do for me. I have called the General Manager, Peter Bloom and left messages; however, to date, I have not received a call back. I have learned this is a standard practice for this dealership as I have been told that I will receive a call back or have left messages and have not received a callback. I was ambivalent about this purchase as I was teetering between purchasing a Lincoln or Honda and I am regretting not purchasing the Honda. I would not recommend anyone purchasing a car from this dealership. As a customer, I can only mirror my experiences and I have had nothing but a horrible experience. Spend your money at a dealership that will value there customers, this is not that dealership!

Outstanding place for service sales or parts

Just leased a lincoln nautilus from Stevens Lincoln in Milford. The entire experience was great. My salesperson Annette Corzo was amazing. From working with her team to find me as many incentives as possible to even going onto the DMV website to cancel my trade ins plates and registration. Dave the trade in manager gave a more than fair value to my trade in vehicle, and Jay the F&I guy squeezed me in to get me out of there within 30 minutes of making the deal. Could not be happier with the service I received from the sales team and look forward to seeing how well the next 3 years of my lease will be. Thank you for treating us so well. I plan on recommending Annette to everyone I know looking for a great car and great salesperson!
