As someone who knows extremely little about cars, Chris never once made me feel like I wasnt knowledgeable. My car looks great, runs smoothly, and is way cleaner now than it was when I brought it in.

Chris is absolutely fantastic! Very detail oriented and great to deal with. The bumper on my Leaf needed to be replaced following a mishap at the dealership and he got it done in 2 or 3 days. Less than a year later we needed to do the bumper again due to a chunk of ice. He did a fantastic job both times and I would look forward to doing business again no question!

Chris Kadra did a wonderful job fixing my car after a small incident. I paid out of pocket for the repairs. The price was reasonable, he ordered the parts, and primed/painted the new bumper before I brought my pathfinder in to save me time without a vehicle. Not only did he fix my car in less time than I expected, he also went above and beyond and buffed out a bunch of scratches and straightened out my license plate that was bent. Hopefully I do not need to have any more auto body work done in the future, but if I do I will definitely be going back to him!

Chris fixed my right side mirror within hours. You would never have known know someone hit and smashed it. Excellent work and professional service.

I had an issue with my bumper a few months back and stopped by on a whim for pricing. I met a gentleman that was more than happy to help literally on spot. Within 5 mins of the gentlemans time my bumper was fixed and I was on my way. Not many if any places I have been dealing with in auto care have cared enough or met my needs with a human kindness that was recieved here.

This is a great auto body repair shop, my wife went here for repairs after hitting a deer, they did an excellent job on blending the repair right in with the original part of the car. Great customer service, they gave her a loaner car to get around and had it fixed in a timely manner which is something that my wife and I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place and I will go there again if we need any body work done to our vehicles.

They did a awesome job on my Nissan rogue that had hail damage. When I picked up my car it had been detailed and was looking new!

I hit an coyote on my home from work and wrecked my front bumper. I called Nissan collision in milford because its where i purchased my vehicle. After talking to Chris for no more than a minute, with no hesitations he told me to stop by so he can see the damage to my car. Next thing i know, im in a loaner.. and Chris went out of his way to get my vehicle in for service. I didnt ask for it nor did i expect it, but he took care of me being a veteran. If you are law enforcement or a veteran of this great nation, i suggest you go see him if you have any issues with your vehicle. I had my car back less than a week and very satisfied with his work as my front end looks better than when i baught the car. Im not just writing this to give this shop a better look. Best body shop in the area, Ive had them buff out some scratches on my Nissan Leaf after I stupidly took a snow shovel to the roof to clear off the snow. They did a great job.When we bought a vehicle at another dealership who had done some body work on the vehicle, Milford Nissan gave us a second opinion and took the time to inspect the work and help us understand what was wrong.
