First time customer here for a routine service after moving to CT from NJ on my 16 Mazda3 hatch. Boy am I impressed. Impeccable customer service, immaculate dealership and waiting area, and convenient location. Service department is superb, and even offered a complimentary car wash which I desperately needed. And that car wash was even better than the ones I pay for! Cleaned the crusty bug splatters all over the front. Will definetely be back again. Appears to be a great place for sales as well.

The new showroom/waiting area is very nice, spacious area. Julian was absolutely amazing! All of the employees are very nice. I purchased a new vehicle and I wasn’t even looking for one lol. I had the CX-3 and now I have the CX-5. Julian was nice, respectful, never pushy AND very knowledgeable. He was open and honest about everything. Place is clean and quiet! Only 3 customers while I was there. Very low key approach. But they offered Starbucks coffee and the one person I spoke with, at service desk was very helpful and friendly.

After an exhaustive search for a new car for my wife we went to Mazda of Milford... there we met Big Smitty the rest is history. At one point my wife turned to me and said I want to buy a car from this guy. So while we are still in our infancy with this company I will state that Big Smitty is a gem of a man and Mazda of Milford is lucky to have him.

This is a good dealership with a friendly staff. I wasn’t attacked when I exited my car like other dealerships. Walked inside and I was greeted professionally. Staff at Mazda of Milford was exceptionally nice especially Mark. He is very relatable, advocates for the client, and has a great sense of humor. If I had to critique the establishment, the only draw back is not being able to drive the car same day of purchase. This happened when I went to them in 2018, but because I was in such desperate need of a car pretty much same day due to a car accident and needing to get back to work, I went with another dealer. I truly love Mazda’s and overall this is a great place to purchase a vehicle with no hassle!

I bought my first Mazda from them in January. It was used but still in great shape. I brought it in now, in June, for the first oil change and tire rotation. The service was very friendly. They got me in quickly. I got a beautiful, brand new CX-5 to drive as a loaner car, which I quite enjoyed. I got a complementary exterior car wash. And the whole time they had proper PPE for their employees and had people wiping down the doors and frequently touched surfaces.

Julian Gangemi, internet sales manager, rocked our sale from start to not even finished yet. We needed a shuttle for the ferry to pick up our new-to-us CX9. He arranged for a wonderful shuttle driver Ishmael who has worked at the dealership for 10 years and loves his new car receipt/preparation/detail job there. Julian went over all operational details prior to our test drive and again at pickup. He called today after a few days of driving our new SUV to make sure we are happy with our car and see if we have any questions on it. Salesman stalked me from car to car, even after I told him I was just browsing. When I sat in a Mazda 3 to test head room, and found it much too low, he told me I was wrong and there was plenty of head room, and I just needed to lower the seat. Duhhh.

Julian Gangemi is an absolute lifesaver and an angel. The first time I spoke to him, the end date for my previous lease was four days later. Julian had me in a brand new vehicle (with a much better deal than my previous lease) the day before my old lease was up. He is the most patient, diligent, kind sales rep and person I have ever met, and Ive already started recommending him to people I know. He made the stressful process of returning my lease in a time-crunch period (and in another state) into a breeze. Regardless of the sparse nature of vehicles due to the Covid-19 pandemic, he was diligent and firm in offering to find me a vehicle with the paint color I wanted (I leased a vehicle they had in the lot, but the thought and effort were extremely appreciated). I want to start by saying, Alls well that ends well. I chose Mazda of Milford for two reasons: I am originally from the area and know others that have partnered with them, and their online reviews are stellar. Without going into details, I will say we hit a few bumps in the road (no pun intended, because I love my new Mazda3 Premium) with negotiations. I chalked this up to the strange times we are in, trying to conduct normal business during this pandemic. I will also say that everyone I encountered was very pleasant and helpful, starting with my first call with Big Smitty, to my finance work with Marilyn, my brief exchanges with the Internet Sales Manager Julian and finally, with the Sales Manager, Rich. As I said, I will spare the details about the rough road to get there, but the final result was beyond my expectations. This team made good on their promises and went above and beyond to welcome me as a new Mazda owner.

I took my mom car shopping on 8/24/20. Mazda was not our first option to buy but it was the first and only store we stopped in. We were helped by a young man Rashid (sorry if I spelled it wrong). He was professional, kind, respectful and paid attention. The first option CX5 was not the right fit for my mom as we test drove. I wasnt thrilled about the option of a CX3. But, he said come out and try this other option. It was the CX30. Mom and I fell in love with that crossover immediately. Needless to say we didnt go anywhere else and didnt have to spend days and hours test driving other vehicles and dealing with other car salespeople. Great job Rashid.

It took an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change. I was quoted $59.99 for the oil change and was quite surprised to be charged an additional $20.00 for the oil!The complimentary car wash was dismal. Looked like someone just hosed down the exterior.
