Auto go was so bad I would not recommend any body go here ever.

Got in a car wreck and the police called in a tow for me. Auto Go picked it up, but I had to get it towed to another auto shop in Milford to get the body work done. We coordinated with Milford Auto Body and Collision Repair on Monday to get the car towed over there but it wasnt done until Thursday because Auto Go was able to charge me a storage fee to keep it in their lot. When I went to go pay for the tow, Ryan said that the full price was around $500 but that he was going to take some of the money off and only charge me around $350. Later, when I did the math, I realized that this $350 number was actually the full price and he was just trying to make it seem better. Finally, I gave them one of the keys to my car when they towed it and then they lost it. Thankfully I have more than one but it could have been a real problem. If you need car repairs in Milford, go to Milford Auto Body and Collision instead.

They diagnosed,said that transmission was over flown,i payed for what they asked,but at the end didn’t fix the problem 😔

WOMEN BE WARE !! Know your car and parts, or go with a male, super nice guys here but WILL RIP YOU OFF 3X over the actual part cost, labor pricing is RIDICULOUS PLEASE call around and compare prices, I got a quote for a CV axel (right front), alignment and oil change at this place for $700 + CRAZY when I called another place who quoted me less than $400! SO CALL AROUND and dont get ripped off !

I was extremely happy with all the services that they offered for my 1987 classic corvette. I was never concerned with leaving it overnight, they always treated my vehicle like it was there own and would lock it inside the garage for me. They always could find out the problems when I would call and make appointment for different situations that arise when owning a classic car.

My truck broke down in Milford. I called a Autos Part store and Peter recommended Auto Go. I called them immediately. Ryan was very helpful and friendly. I had AAA tow it to his shop Friday late afternoon and I received a call Monday midday that it was all fixed. I only wished I lived closer to have my vehicle service through Auto go in the future. I cant thank Ryan and his team enough for the diligence and response fixing my vehicle.

Only mechanic i will go to in Milford, Lui is a very great guy and they are very honest people. The honesty is priceless and its something you dont get to most places you go. I havent brought my car in due to having a new car and warranty covered the problems. But now that the warranty is over its the only place i will go.

I got referred to this shop by AAA when my car broke down and had to get towed. They were honest with my repair and very professional throughout the process. I would definitely recommend bringing your car here for service/repairs.

The woman on the phone has the worst customer service skills ever! I will never use this crappy company. I hear that they overcharge people too. Refrain from using their services.

I have been taking vehicles to Autogo for more than 15 yrs. They are the best of what you look for. Expertise in fixing the vehicle, helpful in the tradeoff discussion and along with that a relationship to work with me when schedule is an issue. I have never written a review for anything before. Got my oil changed today everyone there was very professional and they got the work done very fast. Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

I was in a dire situation. While I was mowing a path through a wet area, I managed to get my 5,000 pound John Deere full size farm tractor stuck in mud. Really stuck. Bottom of the tractor in the mud stuck. Tried for 3 days to get it out. One tow company looked at the job and said no way. Several others I called declined even to come out. Auto Go of Milford sent a driver named Mike out to help me. He said at the beginning he never gives up. He got his truck stuck three times, just trying to get to the tractor and didnt give up. We tried another angle, and he got the machine out of the mud. It took him over three hours of hard work to do it, mostly getting his truck unstuck. The cost for work plus travel time was a little over $300. I was shocked. I expected to pay well over $500.

Heartless human beings! Towed a 94 red station wagon to this workshop based on a recommendation of a friend Ed, who was their customer sometime ago. Had a change of mind. Called to inform them. The only part they had ordered was a radiator which was not yet fixed, since work had not really started on my beat up car. Slammed with a bill of $250 for uncoupling my radiator which was not properly attached when I came to tow my car to Bernardi Framingham. Money they say is the root of evil! This experience has been the only blight on my stay in this lovely town!

Quoted me $1000-1200 before I brought it in them $3500 when it was on the lift. Another place near by did it for $673. really saved 2600+ .

My son got ripped off. He went to Direct Tire and found himself replacing stuff that Auto Go supposedly replaced. Very dishonest way of doing business. I got the receipts to prove it.

This place it’s a nightmare.Had my car towed by them to their location, trying to get my items from the vehicle and it’s almost impossible. The car is covered of snow and I’m waiting for almost a week and they didn’t clean their lot so I can get my items.Everybody that I spoke with are very unprofessional and rude.

Ive been going to auto go for many years and I have found them to have the best service and prices around, I and my wife will not go to any other garage for service they have been great to us and they tell you what you need and the price is right on the money or less than what they tell you
