Mike is the most honest mechanic I have met. I was told by another mechanic at a dealer that I needed to replace control arm, and they wanted over $500 to do it. I took it to Dulin, only to hear that there was nothing wrong. They recommended taking to yet another place to confirm or deny their finding. They were right, AND they didnt charge me to make that diagnosis. Since then I have recommended Dulin to friends who have been very happy with the service and pricing. I have finally found someone I can trust.

Visiting Milford from out of town, tire got a nail in it. Needed to depart the next day for a vacation. Mike made sure my car got serviced quickly. The Dulin team had the repair completed promptly and for a very good value. Highly recommended.

Great guys and honest

I went there to get fixed because my check engine light came on. Mike had multiple thing he said needed to get fixed, including two sensors and a wheel bearing and the total was around 900. A few days after getting my car back it starting shutting off on me while idling (which has never happened before) so i called him to tell him and I had to drive to a different state within the next few weeks and really needed it fixed so if he could check again that’d be great. The second interaction was just a lot more uncomfortable because whenever he called he would call me his “best friend” and “honey” and said that he couldn’t believe I was moving away from him, and to just to keep in contact to at least let him know when I made it. As a young woman who already feels uncomfortable in trusting men to fix my car and not take advantage of me, the over-friendliness also just made me uncomfortable.After getting charged another 200 or so to get an engine tune up and that the only other thing that could be wrong with my car is a computer issue and told me to go to the dealership, and yet when driving home my car still had issues. I know that isn’t technically their fault. But it’s frustrating when I take it to a new mechanic and they tell me that my spark plugs had gaps and they had to fix a sensor, that was supposed to have already been fixed.So really, it’s hard to say what his intentions were with the “best friend” thing and it’s hard to say if it’s all their fault my car is broken. But I just wanted to warn other young woman that you might just feel uncomfortable.

I do not recommend Dulin automotive. It is extremely difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. I brought my car in for a tune up and it took over 3 hours, when I went to pick up my car they said it had been ready, but they weren’t able to call and tell me this. Really? It would’ve taken less than 5 minutes to call and let me know it was ready. They had to ask if I wanted an oil change with my tune up. I consider this standard. My boyfriend happened to check under the hood after my “tune up” my receipt read that fluids were topped off, but my coolant level was extremely low, it clearly had not been topped off. Now I have to question the entire tune up. Save your time and money and take to another garage! So let me get this straight, you consider it a demand to receive the services paid for? Also, I had to call 11 times before I even got you on the phone. I was on my Bluetooth and got disconnected when I exited the car. Don’t make me out to be the bad guy when you guys ripped me off.

Mike and Gary are the best around. Good guys to work with. Always flexible and they run an honest shop. I would recommend anyone looking for good prices for excellent work to go here.

I was buying a vehicle from a dealership in Milford, an area Im not too familiar with, and I reached out to Mike at Dulin Auto to see if he could give my car a pre vehicle inspection before I bought this used van. He was totally upfront and honest with me, told me what needed to be fixed before I drove the van cross country, and other than a couple things, he said the vehicle seemed to be in great condition. He was very honest and upfront and clearly was in it to help me, not to try and make a quick buck. Although I am moving to the west coast, I will 100% be using Dulin Auto for any mechanical issues I have when Im on the east coast and recommend you to do the same! Used Dulin several times and was impressed by their honesty and good service, and they always treated me well. I have heard nothing but good things about them. But then my car started making an occasional high-pitched noise that would get better if I steered the car to the left. Brought it to Dulin for servicing and to ask about this, and they could find nothing wrong. Months later, I took the car to the dealer for a recall and asked about the sound. They checked the car and told me that the brakes were so worn that they were metal on metal. After the dealer replaced the brakes, the sound disappeared. Nobodys perfect, but I found this pretty scary. I am looking for a new mechanic.

I was having an ongoing issue with my car at the dealership and after spending a lot of money there with no results I decided to take my car to Dulin for a second opinion. Dulin was able to quickly fix my car for an extremely, unbelievably generous price. Mike, the employee I dealt with during my cars time there, told me that Dulin aspires to treat people like people. I was blown away with Mikes generosity and it is truly a wonderful thing to find a mechanic shop with that kind of mentality. Went here for the first time today and the experience was great. I just purchased my first car and Ive been trying to do things on my own without my dad doing everything for me. I called Mike and he offered to look at my car the same day. Being a female and not knowing anything about cars, and car terminology lol he did an awesome job explaining everything and making sure I understood what was wrong and what needed to be fixed and estimate prices etc. He also mentioned to me about a light in my car that Id been paying no attention to, he explained exactly what it was and had his guy fix it. I was in an out in about an hour. Oh and Im really big on good customer service and respect and the customer service was beyond great! After today I wont be dealing with backyard mechanics anymore, Ill be going to Dulin Automotive.

They are good in doing diagnosis and finding the problem. but when it comes to fixing it they will do the easy part and patch up the difficult job. My camry was leaking at near the pan and near camshaft. They just fixed pan gasket and charged 250$. and I realized after driving few miles check engine light on because of other leak.

Great shop! Quote was accurate, and work was completed timely! Hopefully I wont run into car trouble for a while, but if I do, Ill definitely be back to Dulin.

Dulin’s has been my auto shop since I’ve been on the road (10 years). Every time I walk in the door I’m greeted with a smile, every issue I’ve had has been fixed to my expectations and beyond. Prices are reasonable and service is exceptional. They came through big time for me a couple weeks ago, on the day of my mother’s 50th Birthday party. While I was running around preparing for the 100 person party, my car broke down. Mike had me towed in, car fixed and back on the road in an hour. Thanks for saving my day Dulin’s.

Recently my daughter brought her car to Dulins because she didnt know why her car was shaking. The car had been looked at by a couple of places, including the dealer and nobody picked up on the problem. Dulins spent 2 hours diagnosing the car and determined that the problem was the axel. They were could not have been nicer or more professional. They seem to be extremely honest and after all of that, they actually called the dealer to determine if the axel was covered under the warrenty. After learning that it was, they suggested, instead of taking the business that we take it back to the dealer to replace. They worked 2 hours on the car, took the time to determine that the problem was covered under the warranty and didnt charge us a dime. We will recommend Dulin to everyone and any time that we have a problem moving forward, well go to them.
