Was looking for a local shop to get some work done on my Jeep as the last few places I tried left a lot to be desired. Wanted to give GTA a try due to their stellar online reviews and they didn’t disappoint! As a former mechanic, I have high standards when it comes to repair shops and not only did GTA meet them, they exceeded them. Spotlessly clean shop, friendly and knowledgeable staff, top quality work and a more than fair price. I believe I have found my new go-to shop and will recommend all my friends there as well. My car broke an engine mount over labor day weekend and made an appt at GTA. Janette answered the appointment request while on holiday and assured me they would do their best to get it sorted. On Tuesday morning, they had a diagnosis in a few hours with pictures of what was wrong. They also went over my entire car to look for possible issues which was great! Janette clearly explained my options and the repair was done in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable! Also the repairs came with a 2 year guarantee! Hard to beat that! I will definitely return!

I have used GTA several times now for a variety of repairs.I have always received great help and advice to and how their going to do the repair and even how to not have it happen again.I would happily and willing to recommend GTA to anyone who needs from a light bulb to a more major repair.

Great service, did a thorough inspection of my vehicle, pinpointed and corrected the issue. Very timely as well and gave honest estimates on the repairs and possible future repairs. No pressure or anything just gave me a full disclosure. Will be bringing my vehicle back for any future repairs/service.

This is a lovely garage with an amazing staff. Another garage told my sister she needed a repair that would cost her $500. This shop said the same repair would only cost $270 at their garage, but that they would inspect it first because her kind of car usually doesnt need that done. It turns out she really didnt need that repair, so they saved her hundreds of dollars. Plus they did a great oil change and changed her air filter without over charging her.

I would highly recommend GTA Auto. They not only are able to do custom work in addition to regular maintenance but are able to do it with the highest level of service. They are honest, transparent and very accommodating. I could not be happier and will always be a loyal customer of theirs for all of my vehicles.If your vehicle needs any maintenance, go to them first and save yourself time and headaches. My god, where do I begin? My girs father Billy recommended to go to GTA, and so I did. Janette was absolutely awesome, great customer service and easy to speak with-I brought in my GMC truck on 1/25 for some power steering issues I had and got a fast fix on that the next day. Janette texted my phone with a quick link to see my full diagnosis and shortly called me after to let me know my truck will be ready the next day. I saw the mechanic the next day as I was walking up to the window and said hi to him we had a quick chat and he’s very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I’m 100% leaving the crooks I used to go to and making this my go to spot. I left GTAs lot happy and most importantly, SATISFIED! This place is the best bang for you buck. Went in for my vehicle inspection. This place was extremely fast and the people are friendly. Additionally, one of the cheapest in town at $25 for the inspection. Definitely my new go to spot as I took my husbands vehicle the next day and was in and out. FYI...Make sure to call ahead and they will for sure fit you in.

Best place in town

Would not recommend!! Went in to get my car inspected, they said I needed new ball joints and a new exhaust. The quote they gave me was $700! Brought the car to my normal mechanic in Bedford, they said nothing was wrong with the ball joints and that it passed two separate tests. I decided to bring it to another location in Milford to get it inspected. Told them that it failed inspection because of the ball joints. The new location said they looked almost brand new and passed my car- I made no repairs. GTA Automotive tries to take advantage of you.
