The staff was concerned the rental company would not have a car available for me. Lucky for me I did not need one. It was still very kind of them to let me know it was Firefly weekend and no cars were available for other customers. The staff called and updated me and had my car ready when they promised. I thank you all for your care and attention to detail with my car. It was unfortunate that I was T-boned and some how the insurance companies still decided I was partially responsible, thats what I get for parking at the gas pump! Have no fear, they will take good care of your car.

When my vehicle was backed into while in a parking spot, Hertrich Collision Center in Milford was able to assist me with coordinating with a rental company while they fixed my bumper and worked seamlessly with the insurance companies.
