The guys at Tire Warehouse are the best! A small puncture was found in my tire, and I couldn’t travel home to RI without having it fixed. I was overjoyed how quickly the repair was done, it was stress free and if it had to happen I’m glad the guys at Tire Warehouse were there! Good job!

We always feel well taken care of with Tire Warehouse! They are prompt and so helpful. Most recently we had a low pressure tire that needed repair. We had been dreading dealing with it as we are very much a two car family. They got us in for an appointment same day, in the weekend, and were able to help us out quickly!

With having new tires with 6,000 miles being worn out! I was treated Excellent with the new replacement tires that should have been installed in the first place. No hassle no BS just excellent customer care/service. I no longer use Sams or BJs for any tire service

I stopped by a few places trying to get a tire installed due to damage from a long trip. Tire Warehouse did it in less than 15 minutes, with a positive attitude, and without trying to convince me I needed 4 new tires. Their competitors didnt bother to notice my tires were new. They also threw in some replacement lug nuts. Definitely getting my business on the rest of my vehicles.

I just bought new tires from another store and my tires were so out of balanced I couldn’t go over 50 mph with out the vehicle shaking so bad So on way home I Stopped at Tire Warehouse in Milford NH and explained my situation They took great care of the issues I was having they even showed me how bad the other store installed my center caps on my rims (crooked and broken clips) before he started taking tires off and even showed me how badly balanced the tires were. Tire Warehouse associates balanced the tires and got me back on the road in a timely manner. Next time I’m going to do business with Tire Warehouse. Thank for your help!!!!

I had such a great experience with Tire Warehouse. Brian and Colby were masters at fixing two tires that had gone flat on my car. They were courteous, professional, informative and just plain amazing. They made my experience such a positive one. It was definitely a rough day having two tires that went flat, but they totally turned that around with unbelievable service. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and to my astonishment, it only cost 25.00.

Being a 24 year old female intimidated by auto body shops, this place made me feel super comfortable!Each guy working there was so nice and eager to help me fix my tire. They each worked on the part together to get the job done quickly and properly. I thought going in I’d need a brand new tire due to getting a nail stuck, but instead he patched the tire so I’d be able to use it until the tire is no longer useable. Saved me so much $$. Awesome place, just moved to Milford and needed a lawnmower tire done. Everywhere else turned me away and didn’t even give me the time of day since it was a small 4 in tire.These guys not only did the tire, but went above and beyond with customer service. Will definitely use them in the future.

Bought some tires online from SimpleTire (Dont ever, ever use SimpleTire), and had the tires delivered to Tire Warehouse. There was in issue with delivery due to operational delays with Fedex, so I had to come back. Due to this, there must have been some miscommunication between SimpleTire and Tire Warehouse, all due to SimpleTires customer service. Upon returning to TW to finally get my tires put on, I dealt with the manager Brian, and he was super helpful and accommodating. After figuring out the situation, he had my tires put on right away. Since SimpleTire had zero communication with TW, Brian didnt know I had already paid for the installation and tried to charge me. After explaining that I had paid for everything, and that SimpleTire had already apparently contacted them and instructed them on what to do (they had not), Brian was very understanding and said that he would figure it out, and let me go on my way no other questions asked. I was super impressed with the quality of customer service and understanding. I really dont see this level of customer service anymore lately, and next time, I will absolutely without a doubt not use a third party and just go directly to Tire Warehouse. Im making sure to call SimpleTire first thing in the morning to see that they release the installation funds to TW, and will have them confirm with me that they fulfilled their obligation.

I went in on a Saturday afternoon with a nail in my tire. I had no appointment and they took my car right away. A young gentleman took out the nail and filled the hole in my tire. Total wait time was 30 mins and no charge. Their prompt service was enough for me to go back for any future issues with my vehicle. Great first time experience!

Went in with a tire punctured by a nail. They were able to take me immediately for service. While the tire was being repaired, another technician removed the temporary spare tire and replaced it properly in the storage compartment. When the repaired tire was ready, it was mounted and off I went. Excellent service!!

Had a good experience a few weeks ago. Went back to have the alignment done waited 3 days to get an alignment. Then when I picked up after being told my car was just getting back from a test drove. According to whoever did my alignment it is correct when the tires are straight and the steering wheel is at 40 degrees. The person covering from Monroe had nothing but an attitude until my husband made him come out and look. I will not return to this establishment.

I cant say enough about these folks !!!!!!!!!I got a flat on my Tesla X (hit a curb) and nobody in the area (and I called over 15 places) had my tire size (265 45r40). Then I called these folks and spoke to Brian. He told me that they didnt have it in stock but could get it in the next day !!!!!!! I had the car towed there and then they said that the store in Londonderry had the tires in stock, so they went and got them and did the fix the same day !!!!!!! Great customer Service !!!

Everyone was very friendly and kind, I shared great conversation with the people here and got good conversations. They told me exactly what price it was going to be and what brand of tires I needed. The prices were very reasonable given what that I needed tires changed and an alifnment. They all were very quick about getting all customers out in a faalignment. During waiting times they made small conversations to make the time pass. Loved feeling appreciated! Out of all people there I was done in a matter of 40 mins to an hour whereas other places take a lot longer! Cant wait to see these guys again!

YOU GOTTA READ THIS! A dealer sold me a Used Cadillac XTS. They did not include the Key for the wheel lock removal - it was lost. I had a tire that was stripped and losing its belts - about to blow! The dealer - as part of the sale, agreed to replace all 4 tires. But when they dropped it off at Town Fair Tire they just looked at it and said Duh... we cant cant get the wheels off without the wheel lock key. No effort at ALL. I called and visited several OTHER tire places and they said the same thing! I went to several Auto parts stores looking for a key that might work - Nothing.THEN - I decided to stop by TIRE WAREHOUSE in Milford. One guy walked right up to me in the parking lot and said Hey, what can I do for ya? I explained my situation and the next thing I knew, there were FOUR guys all over the car, One was jacking it up, another was checking the tire size, another was trying to find a key that fit and another went inside and got a tool that removes the Wheel locks (yes, they have to destroy the wheel locks to get them off but that was 100% acceptable - and they replaced them with Regular lug nuts). anyway, it was like a pit stop in a formula1 race! It took them 6 minutes to get all four Wheel locks of and replace them!. Then they searched all over for a tire that would fit - (I needed a tire JUST to get to Town Fair - because the new tires and alignment were already paid for). When I got to Town Fair - I waited for three hours to get the service I had tried to get four days earlier. These guys at TIRE WAREHOUSE rock! I bought them all a coffee and was happy to do it. I was even happy to buy a $200 tire that I only needed for about an hour! :-) It was cheaper than a tow and paying a garage to break the Wheel locks off. and I have a good spare out of the deal. - Ralph Washburn - Milford NH resident.

Technician saved me a good amount of cash on tire changeover after educating me on how it was not worth it to try getting another season out of the already bald tires I had removed prior to winter driving season. I kept my newer tires on and discarded the old.

As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by a super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable staff who directed me into one of the last open bays. Upon removing my old tires, I learned I needed an alignment from the inner tire wires being exposed- not an expense I was expecting. Instead of panicking like I normally would in this situation, because these days who has a comfy cash cushion to sit on, these guys were SO accommodating I knew I was in good hands.
