Target always has the best beard and male personal care products. They also have a Starbucks inside the store which makes shopping much more satisfying.

Nice store, well kept. Can get really busy because of the connected mall unfortunately. I feel like their selection isnt as good as other Targets too, but maybe thats just me.

Open registers would be cool. Its not even 7pm and this Target commonly runs one single open register along with the self checkout causing long lines. Pass this one if you aint got time to burn.

This Target located inside of the all I would say is the only retail department store out of the whole mall that has a helpful staff. The floors and racks are always clean. Theres never any issues with check out, help from staff, or finding a product. Theres a Pizza Hut inside as well as the Starbucks and both are great and have great service!

I’ve always love shopping in Target. One thing that attracts me to Target is the cleanliness of the the store; it’s more like every part of the store is polished. The prices are also moderate and the workers are very courteous. This particular Target is located at the Connecticut Post Mall.

If I could give -0 stars I would. This store has become an absolute tragedy. There are never any registers open. It doesn’t seem to be sanitized whatsoever. The employees that are there act as if you are a big inconvenience if you ask for help.I was in the store today and I attempted to approach a salesperson who was doing absolutely nothing and she looked at me as if I had 6 heads and to avoid issue I just left the store. It’s sad people in these establishments seem to forget without customers they have no job.

I just love the store.

As big as it is, I still have my preferred store. But I absolutely love the fact of having a target in the mall. I wish we could use a shopping cart for the all the other stores in the mall that would be fun. (Use one Cart not one cart per store :) ) Check out is small and gets crowded. Other than it can be quite packed down stairs floor it is a nice store.

Super nice target, but for some silly reason decided to close several of the checkout kiosks. For covid ? Nope, they just planned to open other registers but didnt. Even if they did why would they close some self checkout kiosks while leaving others open?

I mean be honest who doesnt love Target. My cheap Sweat Pants lasted 5 years, some great quality cheap stuff here.

Bought a $300 TV. Came home and opened the box to find not only a used TV, but a completely different TV that was broken!! Called the store and they initially said I could not return it or exchange it, and had to go through the manufacturer. Clearly they accepted a damaged and used return at this location! Save the time and money and don’t even shop here. Worst customer service, I ended up going through Target Corporate.

Target is a fun place to shop. You can get whatever you need from clothing to eggs - 1 stop shopping. Your prices are reasonable too plus I get an extra 5% off using my card and coupon deals using the Target app.

There were two large Nutro dog food bags. Only problem was one was broken open, the other had a 2-week old expiration date that I caught at the counter before paying. I went through a similar ordeal at the orange store a month ago. Left empty-handed and shorter on precious time

What an awful experience my last visit to the Milford Target was due to an incredibly rude employee, Brandy, who rung me out at Guest Service. I simply wanted a price match for an item I saw on Amazon. Usually, I never have a problem going to guest service. However, as I lined up to request a price match, I was not greeted with a smile or a friendly demeanor as I would receive from previous visits. Then, when I told her about the price matching an item I found on Amazon, she rudely declined and said she could not price match the item. It was only a few bucks so I told her it was fine and that I would still take them. As Brandy was ringing me out, she continued to be rude by talking to other employees and not even looking at me. I had to wait for her to take my form of payment and even as I was paying with my gift card, she continued talking to her coworkers. Lastly, I tried to be polite as I was leaving and thanked her, she did not reply at all, ignoring me and giving me an unpleasant and uneasy look. As far as I remember, Targets motto was fast, fun, and friendly!!! Brandy was certainly NOT fast, fun and most definitely not friendly!!!! My experience with Brandy was the slowest, most unpleasant and unfriendly experience I ever had. If that is how Target Milford employees treat their customers, I will shop elsewhere!!

I go to your store which is actually out of my way, I have a Target right down the street from my home. because the service that I receive from the two Young Ladies in your pharmacy Laura and Linda is impeccable. I never have to worry if I’m given a new medication if I will have an adverse reaction. They always go out of their way to explain how the medication can effect me. They are always always always so pleasant no matter how busy they are. I travel the extra 15 to 20 minutes because of their service and the Pharmacist Laura makes sure that my medication is always in stock every month. I do not trust anyone else to fill my prescriptions and the confidentially they provide.

I called the store to ask a question to see if they had a specific book in their book department. I called the 1st time and I pressed the prompt for electronics because I know its located next to the books. no one answered. I called back again 10 minutes later no 1 answered again. I called a 3rd time and this time pressed the prompt for customer service. the girl answered the phone after about 20 rings and said to me OK gimme a sec I was on hold for 6.95 minutes because my phone counts it. I hung up from there I called back again no 1 answered the phone at the customer service desk. I called back for the 5th time and I got leave a message and I left a message and I was quite mad I think its disgusting that people are not trained how to answer a phone, 1st of all, and 2nd of all, this is customer service!!!!

I like this Target location. It is an anchor store at the Milford mall, and has a lot of discount items. Every time I shop here I find something I want. The store is bright, clean, and organized. The service members got customers out the door quickly.

This store has the worst customer service of any target I have ever visited. And beware of asking for a manager, it will simply be someone who looks at you like they couldnt careless. Better to just shop online and avoid this location.

Great selection of tea and non dairy coffee creamer. I like food shopping here. I make a run there after seeing a movie. I go to target coffee and groceries. Their fashion buyer has no taste. The clothing the sell for girls. look like hoocker clothing. I look the other way.I do get tempted by misc things.I always stop for a coffee inside Target. Best Coffee in the mall.

Wyiesha, the manager? Extremely unprofessional. I went in there and they had a sign in the wrong place so they had to give me it for the price that was there because one of the managers put it in the wrong place. She didn’t give me any eye contact. And had a attitude she had to override the price. I still paid and I’m still a customer. That wasn’t coming out of anyone’s personal check. I was very hurt that I was treated that way. Again, someone put up the wrong sign but that doesn’t make it my fault. Which is why they had to give it to me for the right price. They need more professional management there. It’s sad. You never make a customer feel this way. She didn’t even say a word to me, giving attitude.

Nice big store. Buyers beware, their bathrooms are nasty. Looks like nobody ever cleans them, people also being loud in the stalls (like disturbingly loud) makes for an uncomfortable experience... Other than that, store is kinda messy.

Good prices and selection but there are NEVER enough cashiers at the Target in Milford and there is most often a long line at the self check out.

Ive been shopping at this target for a very long time and Id never had a bad experience until today. I purchased a baby carseat in November 2017 which is suppose to last 10 years from them. The box at the time of purchase had been damaged but they (target employees) assured me that the carseat had not been used so I purchased it. However, when I finally opened it today (January 2018) I realized it had been used. The trimming was stained brown, there was dried food on it and the tags cut and removed. I took the carseat back to the store, explained my situation and they (a manager and employee) proceeded to tell me how they never resell any used/returned baby items. Which is clearly not true because I purchased one which turned out to be used. Let me also add that I had already thrown out the receipt and I did not have the card I used to purchase it so I had to leave the store drive all the way to my husbands work to get the card and return. There was no apology and I was made to feel like either I had used the car seat myself or I was just being dishonest. Might I also add that I am still visibly pregnant and I do not have a child that could use this car seat. I am very angry because I happen to open it today but I am not due for over two months. What if I had waited until the time was closer to my delivery date to open it? What if I took it with me to the hospital then to discover that? I dont think anyone would put their new born in that filthy carseat. Plus I paid for a new car seat and thats what I should have gotten. What if it had been past the allowed return date? I dont think they handled this situation well. There was no apology and clearly some coaching needs to be done with employees accepting returns. I understand mistakes happen and maybe someone put it back out accidentally but thats not the customers problem. This needs to be looked into because reselling a used car seat as new is illegal! What have I learned from this? Dont trust anything their employees tell you. If you purchase an item open it immediately and keep your receipt forever! I was able to exchange the carseat but I had the employee open it in the store so it could checked before leaving the store and I will be holding onto my receipt.

Bathrooms disgusting, brought it to customer service attn and the response I got we have 1 person that cleans bathrooms gets carts etc..., I said I thought its everyones responsibility to make sure bath room is clean or to clean it.

This Target is inside of the Boston Post Mall so you have to deal with mall traffic and the mall parking lot to get in and out.
