Ya gotta love a business that listens to the customers needs and then directs them to what they need and not what they can sell. I could have easily been persuaded to spend 30 - 40+% more than i had to. D.L. was honest & helpful. Oh & get this! I got a hello when i walked in, AND a Can i help you
Today I stopped at this store. As I entered there were there employees. I greed them politely and as them can I get some help. They asked me what did I needed. I answered hair color . They directed me to the area. I waited for a while until I left because nobody came to assist. At the door I told them, thanks for the wonderful service . The cash register person answered thanks, . It was not a complement. Terrible service, lack of awareness and very poor attitude. People should understand that their job its not the place for personal talk.
Very disgusting service. My mother owns a barber shop, went to shop there and the cashier sold an used item to her. My mother wanted to make sure that if the item does not work, can she return it. The cashier says yes, if the item is not functional you can refund it.Turns out the item does not work at all, my mother returns to refund the item, the manager called Angela spoke to my mother, saying that its their policy that items cannot be returned once used.How would she know if the item works or not if she did not try to use it? The manager with extremely rude and stubborn personalities repeats policy and having to call the Sally company for this non - working product, which makes no sense, since the item is bought from them.What that means is, neither the cashier lied, or they did not follow and stay true to what they said and forced to sell an non working item.The manager Angela proceed to call the police on my mother for trying to get a refund or replacement on her non- working product, actually disgusting behavior.Also, my mother doesnt speak the most fluent English with some accents, the manager seem to refuse to communicate with her, potential racism.Would not recommend this store.
Very helpful staff
The young lady name Ashley was a blessing. She was very patient and actually listened to what I had to say unlike other retail workers I have encountered. She knew where to find everything I was looking for and also gave me good advice on new products to try. My new fav is the Zotos Curl products!
Poor communication wont even give you your money back hasn’t even been a week since I made a purchase found out it was the wrong item even if it’s in original package do not shop at any Sally’s
The ladies that work there are very helpful. They always have what I’m looking for and I find some really great products for decent prices
Vast supply of beauty products but lacks all professionalism. Some of the girls here can be a little snippy sometimes. They do have a wider selection of shampoos and relaxers which is better than the salon I visit.
I had a wonderful experience shopping at Sallys. They are very helpful.

It was a beautiful and great exprience and holy ghost filled.
The employees had a bad attitude although said hello when I came in and I walked in with a sweater immediately I felt I was being watched like I was going to steal something. I have never felt like that when going into Walmart or any other business. They smiled but it was like they were forced. Thumbs down you have to go in there naked so they won’t think your stealing.
I got what I needed, but other than that, Sallys is about the same as all the others. They are very helpful and willing to answer any questions about a new product.
Horrible those ladys in there are so unprofessional. They dont know how to keep business and private life sepreate and are so rude and nasty to customers and me.
Business hours on the Internet and their automatic phone system is misleading. Had to go twice only to find the place closed when I arrived there.
