Super friendly workers here. The interior is pretty old (I feel like it hasnt changed at all since I was a kid thirty years ago), but they have a great selection of craft stuff and I was psyched to find simple frames on sale!

Place for seasonal decor....great for crafts of all kinds. Good rewards program

Staff nice, helpful. Their ribbon selection is much less than it used to be, and there are many more craft items. The fringes section was poor at best. They used to have a fabulous fringe selection. Oh well.

I have not been to a Joannes in well over a decade. I have always considered myself a Michaels girl. My mother and I were a bit overwhelmed with a bench upholstery project, and we needed to check out Joannes. Fortunately, we were assisted by a very dedicated clerk named Kelly. Not only did she help us navigate the store, but she helped us save money! I stayed under my budget. She made sure that I bought what I needed in the budget that I requested. Will definitely be going back!

Understand that you are doing us a service by offering curbside pick up but no need to be this rude as though you are giving stuff for free. I called last week and picked up something and today they have changed rules that we need to pick up from the car and the lady yelled at me for standing despite maintaining 10 feet distance. Our businesses is what is keeping your store open and paying all of you during these tough times so please understand that. If you change rules inform customers when we call

I ordered fabric online to pickup in store. I picked the wrong store which is about 75 miles from me. I called the store ane the Manager sent it to me that same day! She was so polite and understanding!! FIVE STARS TO HER AND HER STAFF!!!!

I went there to get materials to rehab an old vanity chair, found just about everything I needed. They have great fabrics if you sew, and all the things you would need to assist in a project, big or small. I found the employees and cashier to be helpful and knowledgeable. If I could would have stayed longer to see all the products they offer, but just a good excuse to go back.

Using coupons is fun to save on crafts. I was looking to buy easy miter boxes. Similar to Natick store. They sell small number stickers as a clearance.

JoAnns Online messed up my fabric order. I went to the store and they took care of me and special ordered the replacement fabric. They were supposed to call me when it came in to the store but they never did. I had to call them to verify that it was there. Disappointed that I had to do that.

I had some great service from the gentleman on the cutting table. I was looking for some magnetic tool to keep my pins and needles secure. He walked with me to try and locate it. I found this very helpful.

JoAnns is the crafter go to. I love the daily specials/doorbusters. Got to read ads very carefully. Some staff very knowledgeable, some not so much. Still a fun experience over all

Fabric selection is lacking compared to other stores. Staff is moderately knowledgeable, but not as helpful as compared to other locations.

Some employees are extraordinarily helpful while others can be abrupt. The staffing levels always seem off, there is often a 5+ minute wait at checkout.
