After loving my cherry Ethan Allen four post bed for 32 years, a recent move gave me the opportunity to upgrade to a king size bed.Ok, yes, it did take months for my Emmett bed to arrive but that’s anywhere you go.I was very pleased with the crew sent to assemble it quickly and expertly, and it is absolutely beautiful!

15 years ago my wife and I walked in Ethan Allen for a table and met Dawn Connors. We went in for a table and left with an entire living room! And we loved it. Ever since then Dawn has been part of the family. Decorating everything possible and we are still going strong. I just bought my first homend went online to look at all of the designers. Kimberly Westfield immediately stuck out to me! She has so much design experience and comes from a family of designers. This is so apparent when you work with her. She literally wants to know what you like and helps you combine what you like into an amazing themes home! Not too mention she is so budget friendly! I do not have enough great things to say about her! She literally spent all day with me at least 5 times to work on the different rooms in my house. She even helped me pick out all my paint colors and measure all of my rooms! The best part about the whole experience was seeing her bring all of my rooms to light! She was able to put everything into a 3D program so I could actually visually see what we created with the exact pieces we selected! Kimberly works around the clock for her clients! She literally lets me email her about little accessories I find at stores that I want to put in the house! She even offered to come and help me figure out where to put all of my art work once all of my furniture arrives! The breadth of selection and styles at Ethan Allen is fantastic - but we came to the store to work with Kimberly. My wife and I worked with Kimberly years ago (and at another store) to furnish our first apartment - and when it came time to furnish our first house, there was only one designer we would consider working with. Kimberly is brilliant; no hyperbole. She has an uncanny eye and goes above and beyond to get to know her clients, their tastes, and their space in order to develop bespoke designs. Kimberly is incredibly thoughtful and detail-oriented; just as important as her creativity, she is honest and trustworthy. Shell never sell you on something (her designs tend to do that on their own, and shes great at articulating why shes chosen what she has), and she wont waste existing pieces you love...shell find ways to integrate your current furniture into her designs, and shell work within a given budget. We hadnt seen Kimberly in over five years when we came to Ethan Allen - she remembered our first apartment and the furniture she selected for us down to the fabric. Were so thrilled with how shes guided us through this process and love the pieces shes curated. Shes fun to work with and has even gone as far as to help us place our artwork and accessories around the house. We cannot speak highly enough about Kimberly. Shes the best, and Ethan Allen has the selection and style range to match her talent.

We love our new furniture and had a wonderful experience working with designer Janine Belenardo. We met her in February 2020, when we purchased an armchair. She was so patient and helpful, guiding us to choose the right chair and fabric that fit our tastes and comfort. We liked the design and quality of our armchair so much that one-half year later, in the middle of a pandemic, we reached out to Janine to see if she could help us choose new living room furniture, a kitchen table, and fabric for re-upholstery. After some emails and FaceTime, she actually came to our home, took measurements and got a sense of our decor and lifestyle. We (kids included) visited her at the store, where she showed us her plans, furniture and materials. She was never pushy, but provided alternate suggestions and her opinion, when asked. She kept us posted on estimated delivery times and when there were delays (as was expected due to COVID). She also connected us with a fabulous upholsterer, who did our settee and dining room seat pads. Delivery occurred on two dates, and both times the crews were courteous, efficient and clean. We especially love our new living room space -- its finally cozy, comfortable and put together. We would definitely return to Ethan Allen and Janine for our next project(s).

I have worked with Designer Dawn Connors since 2007. Through every life stage- from no kids to two active boys- Dawn has helped us address public and family spaces with an eye to functionality, style and budget. Our current project is for our new master bedroom where we are transitioning from mahogany classics to modern farmhouse. Dawn was incredibly thoughtful and thorough in the floorplan and materials selection. She even helped us incorporate (or “curate”) a few things from the 2007 era into the new design! I heartily recommend seeking out Dawn to assist in designing a beautifully functional room.

We went to Ethan Allen to replace a 40 year old leather recliner that we loved but was very worn. So we took pictures of our old recliner and went to the store wanting to order a new exact version of the old one. The saleslady was very good and patient with our wanting to exactly match our old chair. When the chair finally arrived 3 months later the finish on the leather was different,sort of a dull finish versus the shiny finish on the old chair. I really dont remember if the sample leather we saw was a swatch or a picture in a book but I think it it were a swatch we would have seen the difference right away. The shiny finish on the old chair looks so much richer. We realized that the chair was a custom order so was probably not returnable but we were VERY disappointed. I also was surprised that we didnt get a contact from Ethan Allen until now as to our satisfaction with our purchase

We worked with designer Jacqueline in the Miford, CT store. She was delightful, professional, eager to answer our questions and offer up beautiful design options! Once we had picked out our furniture in the store on a Sunday, she came to our home the very following Tuesday to nail down the details. We were able to make our purchase on the Sale offered. The only negative, which would be a national level rather than local - is the exorbitant delivery charge. Looking forward to doing more business with Jacqueline, she makes the process FUN!

Delivery staff were very courteous and helpful. Took my items out of the box, and placed them exactly where I wanted them. Also, took the packaging with them so I didnt have to deal with it. Excellent service.
