Karen was fantastic to work with; She was so friendly and knowledgeable without being overbearing. She helped us figure out what kind of adjustable bed and mattress worked for us. We were able to get it ordered and delivered in three days. All in all the experience was very pleasant.

My husband and I stopped in yesterday looking for a new mattress. We were immediately greeted by Christopher who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to get an idea of our different preferences for a mattress and then showed us various different mattresses. Gave is some pillows and let us take our time laying on different beds. Didnt push us but responded to all our questions. Knew all the specs. I went to Shelton mattress firm and a pushy salesman and walked out. I then went to milford mattress firm and it was a complete difference. I delt with Alexandra Soto. I can not say enough on how good she treated me. we had a small problem with getting the nectar mattress, but Alexandra went way above to get it right and contacted me almost daily with the progress. I needed the bed because of an upcomeing surgery. I can not explain how grateful I was with her service. I am very happy with the result and recommend her to all my friends. it is important to me that mattress firm understands the quality service I received.
