I just got my first tattoo yesterday by Shonna; the experience was very pleasant, she’s really cool and nice, and I love how my tattoo came out! This is definitely the right place to get a tattoo!

I went here with 2 of my friends to get our first tattoos. Shonna was very nice and made the experience welcoming for us. We all got 2 tattoos and she made the designs perfect to our liking. She is wonderful and I will definitely be returning for future tattoos

I came to the shop as a walk in wanting a small but meaningful piece on my forearm. This is my first tattoo that will be constantly visible, so I was a bit nervous. Shonna was incredibly kind and worked with me adjusting and readjusting multiple times to get the tattoo exactly how I wanted it before we even got the stencil on. She was neat and clean and I really felt comfortable with her doing my arm tattoo. The owner, Al, also jumped in here and there to offer suggestions to make my idea come together. Both were so nice and welcoming. You can tell this shop cares about their customers and doing quality work. I love my newest addition and will absolutely be returning here for future work.

I got my nose pierced here! Al explained what he was doing and pierced my nose quickly, and then thoroughly explained how to take care of my nose piercing and other stuff I’d need to know. Very clean and professional service, 10/10.

Went in yesterday Shawna helped me in what I wanted to get done. I ended up getting two pieces for a very good price. The work was splendid and she provided a great experience, will definitely be back.

My friends and I got tattoos here a couple days ago by Shawna. All our tattoos were done very sloppy. There were misplaced lines and unfilled gaps. We now are going to pay $100+ to go get them fixed somewhere else. Keep in mind our tattoos were VERY simple and small, I could’ve done a better job.

My sisters and I had the most amazing experience with Shauna this past Sunday. We came to terms over the weekend that we needed to put down our beloved cat of 17 years and knew that it would be happening this week. We scanned her paw prints and walked into the shop hopeful we could get the tattoos done that same day. Shauna was comforting, professional and started working on the sketches immediately. She made us feel right at home, and it really meant so much to us to share that experience with each other. Our cat was put down the next day, so it was all meant to be. I got my nose pierced here and had a really pleasurable experience with the artists who offered very detailed advice to go about cleaning it and helping it heal and had 0 problems since. then, when i was deciding to get my first tattoo, i went back because i had such a good experience the first time and i again was treated with great service. the people are very friendly and very knowledgeable and most importantly— clean! i would recommend this place to others and will be returning!

I had my nose pierced here about 2 months ago..it was very quick and the owner made me feel very comfortable and was extremely professional and informative as well as friendly and clean. My nose healed perfectly without any issues. I would definitely recommend Inksplosive and would visit them again for future piercings.

I came here very late in the night at around 8. I was with three friends and all of us wanted a small little tattoo. Shauna was the one that worked on us and it was by far the best service that I had received from anywhere. She was friendly, social, and even stayed a hour and 30 min after closing to make sure our tattoos were great. I didnt even feel as if I was getting a tattoo, it felt like I was just at a hangout with a couple of friends. I really recommend this parlor and if you go please recommend Shauna. I was able to do a walk in for a nasal piercing today. Al the owner was on call and was there within 15 minutes of my arrival. He was professional, thorough, and friendly. They take pride in a clean environment. Oh ya and my piercing came out great. Thanks 😊

Me and my 2 friends went. We were very disappointed with the outcome of our tattoos. the lines were completely blurred and not straight and/or curved. The shading is absolutely horrible, she missed spots on the tattoo so there are some places that have no ink at all. The prices were absurd, I will NEVER go back again. I highly recommend you go to another spot.

My sister and I went in and had our work done by Shonna. She had such a warm demeanor over the phone which translated in person. The shop felt like a living room and we are truly friends now. We started talking about the next piece before the first one was finished. We met the owner Al when he came in for piercings and he was just as sweet and welcoming. Truly a great place all around. They are happy to work with you until your piece is exactly the way you want it. Highly recommend this establishment.

Went in to get my nose pierced. I didnt have an appointment and Al was booked up until close. Al was nice enough to tell me to come in before close to do it. He was very straight forward about the piercing process and what the tools were for. He educated me about Spore Tests so I can be safer when getting any piercing in the future. Very friendly and knowledgeable about his job. I felt 100% safe and comfortable. Highly recommend coming here and Ill be back for any future piercings!

Went in on Mother’s Day as a walk in. Was surprised they were able to get us in on the same day. Al did an amazing job on both my mother and I. He was informational and his work is clean. He talked with us throughout everything and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Went to this shop with my friend because she intended on getting a tattoo to remember her dog and cat by. Honestly, so convenient because they are open on Sundays. When we walked in we were welcomed by Al, who was very friendly and helpful when it came to our tattoos. I had come in with intentions of a cat silhouette with markings of my own cat. He accommodated us both by using sketches my friend had drew and having a long discussion on where he felt would be the best placement and size for our tattoos. The atmosphere was very laid back and relaxing and he talked with us both through the entire tattoo process, something I had never experienced before whilst being tattooed. He also took pictures of our tattoos when he was done with them, which shows hes an artist proud of his work. He had a great eye for shading in the fur of my cat silhouette and made it identical to my cats markings and stripes. Very clean, friendly, and laid back. Quality work and definitely worth the price. Will definitely be going back here!

Just went and got a new finger tattoo along with getting an older finger tattoo redone (from a previous shop). I couldn’t be happier with how they both can out and will definitely be going back in the future!

I went there to have my belly button ring checked out and they took it out because of the infection (i did not get it pierced here) and informed me on how to help it heal. Great service and great owner !! 10/10 would recommend .

My wife bought me a $200 certificate for a tattoo two Christmases ago and I never used it. We went in and they still honored the certificate. Shauna did my tattoo and it came out amazingly. She was super cool and went over how to care for it afterwards. Ill definitely be getting more work done here.

Shonna is by far the most personable tattoo artist I have ever interacted with. She is truly funny and her vibe makes you feel so comfortable. I usually do my research with these things, but I decided to get my cartilage pierced on a whim. He was super informative and talked me through the whole process. Very comfortable and welcoming. Id definitely go back if I ever want more work done! And would definitely recommend over any piercing pagoda kind of place.

I called in ahead of time because I had a 30 minute drive to this place. I was told that their body piercing expert was “on-call” and that they didn’t discuss prices over the phone. I would appreciate knowing the price before hand and also come in guaranteeing that I can get a piercing. Instead, after a 30 minute drive, they said he’s not able to come in today and that we have to reschedule. I wasted a 30 minute drive to this place and they wasted my time. First experience was horrible, along with customer service.

Shonna was the best. I showed up a week before with an idea, and she put together a few options that were better than my originals. The whole process was fair and easy between both parties. The day of the tattoo, she was almost just as exited if not more than me, a true artist. The finished product was amazing. 5 out of 5 stars.

I had my helix piercing done here and it was an amazing experience!!! The staff honestly were genuine, welcoming awesome people! They explain the process step by step which made me feel comfortable and knew everything will go well. I will definitely come back, but this time for a tattoo.

Great experience!!! Brought my son in for his first tattoo. Knowing nothing about tattooing, I felt like I gained a wealth of information from AL. He made both of us very comfortable through all phases of his process, from designing the piece to answering any questions we had during the actual tattooing to aftercare. I started art work towards a half sleeve today. My artist was wonderful. Gave me a lot of tips and very helpful after care information today. I have multiple tattoos and this was my best experience. Ill be back next month to add another piece.

He did my second tattoo as well which was a memorial to my grandmother who was also my best friend. He did her last heart beat and love you in her hand writing. By far the best experience. This has been my best tattoo experience so far. Shonna is the best!!! Highly recommend her. Her playlist was DOPE. Her personality was amazing which made the experience very comfortable for me and my friends. We had great conversation with her and had a really fun night. They told me that i had to put $100 deposit on a what amounts to a $70 tattoo for them to draw it up when all they had to do was trace an A then put a little bit of filigree around it. Mind you it was a tattoo for 3 ppl thats 300$ for a deposit. Not even the work. I walked out and got the same tattoo for $60 else where ! So i ended up only spending $180 on 3 tattoos and the came out great. I will never go back to this place again.

I wanted to get my nose pierced, after doing a little research I found Inksplosive. Once I walked in the door, I felt very welcome. The whole process was explained thoroughly, and told me exactly how to take care of it. It was really comforting that I knew the needle was clean, and that everything was sanitary, which was one of my main concerns. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and I would absolutely go there again.

I went and got a tattoo of a dolphin and she took her sweet time doing it. It was so annoying that she kept going out for cigarette breaks. Told me completely wrong instructions for after care. She told me to wash it every 3-4 hours come to find out it just ended up drying it out

Don’t get your nose pierced here. go to a piercing shop only.not only did he give me the wrong directions to take care of my piercing he was rude and passive aggressive when trying to solve the issue since i was allergic to his jewelry.go to a legitimate place, & spend more for proper instructions and jewelry.had to get mine redone and my new piercers instructions were completely different and i haven’t had any type of issues!

I had an incredible experience here. I stopped in for an eyebrow piercing after reading reviews for many different places, and I was not dissapointed in the least. Al, my piercer, was very straight with me about the risks, and he made the process smooth and enjoyable.While there I also had the absolute pleasure of chatting with Shauna (Shonna?). I got my first tattoo today at Inksplosive. The artists were very knowledgable about the whole tattoo process, including explaining their certifications and a detailed explanation of the after care required. My worries about my first tattoo were put at ease, and Im overall very happy with my experience and the tattoo I received.

The piercer is on- call. So expect to be there 15 min waiting for him. Prices are not discussed over the phone but they are reasonable. Al was very professional and informative. The shop was cluttered but all piercing equipment was sealed and opened upon use. After care instructions were clear and my nostril piercing looks great. I would absolutely go back for more piercings.

Called an hour before closing and they got me in. Since the time I got in everyone was so nice and friendly. Great atmosphere. And my tattoo came out nice and clean. Thanks!

This place is not somewhere you want loved ones, friends, or yourself getting a tattoo. My wife and Sister and law wanted tattoos so we went out and looked at some places this was our first stop. It was dirty and the books of the work they had done were awful. Besides all that we got a price for the work this woman wanted to charge my wife double what the place we actually got it at did, it was like she came up with the price off the top of her head and obviously has no idea what the going rate is. There are way better places and we found one that was clean and professional. DO NOT GO HERE.

He did my piercing cleanly, quickly, and made sure everything looked right afterwards. Al gave me detailed aftercare instructions, and Ive had no issues. When I first entered Inksplosive, the other people there werent very welcoming. However, the second Al entered the whole atmosphere changed. My best friend and I were very nervous to get our belly buttons pierced and he definitely lightened the mood. Not only that, he did an amazing job with the piercing and with informing me about the aftercare. I highly recommend Inksplosive and do plan on returning.

Tattoo artists are very laidback and kind, the tattoos themselves are unfilled and messy but the staff is great.

I cant even begin to express the amount of love I have for this shop and its staff. I have been going to Inksplosive for years for my tattoos. I go to them with ridiculously bad clip art drawings (clearly I am not the artist lol) of what I want done and magically they see where I am going with my idea. Next thing you know I have a beautiful tattoo that people constantly comment on. (See photo posted) The shop is clean and the staff is always educating me on how to best care for my tattoo. I have come to trust Al at Inksplosive so much that when I needed an tattoo covered up that was causing me lots of emotional pain I just trusted him to give me something I am proud to have.
