I placed an order from the website on 1/8/2020, today is 3/1/2020, I have not received the bulletins, have been unsuccessful with attempted phone calls (calls went unanswered or I got a number no longer in service message), to reach anyone, and have had no response to my email to customer service. My credit card however was billed on 1/9/2020. I do not recommend this business for any of your needs. And am now in a bind to quickly find bulletins to meet our need. Reading through reviews, one notes the business has been closed for over a year. My question is this, who then is being paid by people such as myself that place orders on their still up and running website?
It took over a year to complete our on-line order, yet our credit card was charged up front. Communication was very difficult as phone calls were either not answered, or numbers were no longer in service. During this time, I only reached one person, by phone, and received maybe one written communication. The order has finally been completed. In fairness, I believe they were going through some type of transition, which may have had an impact on their customer service. I sincerely hope their future business practices will improve as time goes by.
They closed shop apparently for more than 1 yr. ago and dont understand why they have not updated or taken down their website. Traveled nearly half Hr. just for their store as their site said Open! Very dissappointed. Gave them 1 star because they were great when open for business.
God has really used the people in this store to be a blessing to all thosewho enter!! Blessed
