You’ll have everything music here. From old school, contemporaries to original soundtracks both new and old. They also sell movies; used and new. They also have great prices so one can buy as much. The workers are very courteous and responsive. There’s also a wheelchair accessible.

Called the store to ask what level they are located on in the mall from the parking lot, so I can park as close as possible I have health issues that make it hard for me to walk long distances. I Parked my vehicle went inside the mall and they were closed. I had just called them and now they were closed just a few mins. Later. I went on line and it said they were open till 7pm. But it was only 2pm. I tried calling the store again but no one answered the phone this time. I dont know what the deal was. But I definitely was not a very happy shopper.

Completely closed down, empty store, oh well it was a terrible greedy store anyways, good riddance

Tried walking into the store at 6:45pm and was told by the employee they are closing the gate because they close at 7pm only place in the mall closing at that time and only time I’ve not been allowed into a store before their close time

A fun store! Great prices and sales! I’m not an anime fan but if that’s your cup of tea, they got you covered plenty! Nice variety of items. Music, shirts, candy, funny gifts, posters, etc

Good selection of movies and music. You can even buy vinyl records here which seems to be making a comeback. They even have turn tables to play those records on! There is sometimes a line at the checkout counter especially during the holidays. They have some really cool t shirts too. This is a very cool place to spend sometime.

The people who work there are wonderful and helpful, the product is well kept and trending, all the while you find what you want. Only downside is the backstage pass and magazines. Free sign up and cancellation but be careful not to forget

So many fun and interesting things here! The sales are pretty cool. I like how they have things you wouldnt find at any other stores. e.g. Grape flavor Mountain Dew with the Japanese writing on the side. $5.99 a can. No, I didnt buy it, but I found it to be pretty cool. Maybe if you Dew fan, youd buy it???😏

Didn’t realize this place was still here used to go when I was much younger. Now they have seemed to dial back on selling music and now have cool and interesting tee shirts and unique items. But oddly and funny point they still have the Old style CRT televisions 📺 hanging up on the ceiling playing movies 😂

FYE is a shell of its former self. Maybe I just miss the days when theyd give you arcade credit for good grades on your report card.

Male cashier had a horrible attitude when trying to buy a product. Great store love everything but this cashier was rude and disrespectful.

Everyone here is super rude!!! Your better off going to the Trumbull location! My friend and I came into this store pushing 2 heavy boxes of dvds after we were told that we could return ALL of them for store credit, only to have a guy tell us that he can only can 60 since we are 2 people. Then to have another guy tell us hes only taking 30 because we came together! They need to better inform customers of this.

A great place filled with even greater things. From t-shirts to candy to headphones to Funko Pop figures. FYE is THE place to be!

Pleasantly surprised to see an FYE still in business. Reminds me of the Warehouse. Youll find a lot of deals if youre willing to look. They have a little of everything for everyone. They happened to have deals going on which brought me in to the store as I was walking by. Was able to pick up a few Disney DVDs for my kiddo between $6.99-$9.99 which is a steal compared to Amazon, Target and Walmart (which I did look up before making my purchase). Prices are comparable for newer dvds/blue rays. If youre looking for Funko Pop items, they have them also.

Standard FYE. Some things low on amount but seems like they just need a shipment soon. Not bad for all your physical media needs.

How does this place stay in business?! The selection is great but the prices are outrageous. You can literally get every single item in the entire store new or used brand new on Amazon for often as much as 75% less. I mean who actually buys stuff here? Aside from the extremely rare times that you find some rare OOP item. I see no reason to shop here other than wanting too grossly overpay for stuff. Great to look around in, but not much else.

I come here just for candy now a days cause literally everything else you can get cheaper online.. But staff is nice

I went to purchase 2 bluray movies which each was marked down with a price tag of $15 and the other $10, the cashier deliberately ignored the lower price tag while scanning the items ready to charge me full price, I said hey those are marked down and he says oh no thats not right, someone must of put those lower price stickers on the blu rays, and then he wouldent honor the price even and shooed me away, dont go to this store, they are crooked cheapskates that dont honor lower price stickers on items, horrible experience

BEWARE! We stopped in here on a trip to the mall and bought a couple movies for the kids. I have since discovered that without my consent or knowledge, the store recorded my credit card number and has been charging me $11.99 a month for 5 months. The charges are appearing as FYE Backstage Pass. I am filing a police report against the store for wire fraud tomorrow.

I like them a lot for DVD and thinks if I cant find it people working their help me finding it .

The Milford store has the worst customer service. They dont follow their return policy and make up policies as they go. If i could warrant 0 stars I would. No issues with other FYE stores, Milford needs to clean house and start from scratch.
