These guys did a bang-up job installing all new countertops after a remodel in our home. Fast-forward a year or two later and theres a chip/ding on one of the corners. Simply call them up, they respond right away, come out and fix the chip, good as new, gratis.Highly recommend buying from Bargain Tile Kitchen & Stone!

I love this store, the selection of tiles, one of the sales consultants. It has a huge selection of beautiful tiles, nicely displayed in a large showroom.We decorated 2 bathrooms, and stairs and they turned out beautiful. 4 bathrooms, 4 kitchen, and 1 stairs left to go. We will definitely use them in future.Definitely 5 stars, The guidance provided was instrumental. It was like I had a designer working with me and it shows in the final outcome. We discussed the pros and cons of ceramic and glass tiles.I showed him pictures of my kitchen. He estimated correctly the total square feet for tiling. He gave me options of translucent or opaque white grout. He went over options of tile liner.He gave me samples to bring to my home to compare to the current tiles.We picked out what we wanted, he estimated how much tile wastage that we needed. We purchased what we needed. It was a seamless, easy process.We also got treated to bagels and espresso in the morning.It was the best tile purchasing experience. You can go somewhere else if you like being treated like being treated like a second class citizen.If you want VIP personal attention and informative purchasing decision, you should come here.The team is also very helpful and nice. Awesome customer service, and a great selection of high quality tiles. However their product might be discontinued any time, so make sure order enough tile. We were short of two types of tiles and both were discontinued when we tried to reorder, and had to figure out workarounds for it.

Great place with great prices. They understood exactly what we needed and were able to really help us design our new 3 bathrooms. They helped match a nice color vanity with the tile we fell in love with. Choosing the vanity top was a blast because of the massive selection they have. Got marble corian tile for the floor & shower walls. I never thought I would be asked for the full job payment upfront, that was my first red flag. I figured I was saving money so what the heck. The workers pretty much showed up late every day. Thank God I was home the day when they were building the niche of my shower. They got completely incorrect directions and they would’ve laid out the beautiful tile that I picked out vertically instead of staggered horizontally if I wasn’t there. The bathroom looks beautiful because I designed it myself but the upfront payment, the workers being late and the general frustration made me want to pay more somewhere else.

I had got new kitchen cabinets and granite installed within a month! They helped me and educated me about all my options especially with counter tops, also gave me a bottle of the sealer they use for free! They were very budget friendly and even helped me find a very reasonably priced farm sink, even though they didnt carry it. If you arent familiar with the differences in countertops, these guys will educate you to make sure the choice is right.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.My wife and I contracted them to do a whole home remodel, over $70,000 worth of work. Project start was delayed for over a month due to their inability to provide requested documentation and complete basic forms.Once project was underway, the headaches really began. Not only was the project management extremely poor, none of the team spoke the same language. Half spoke Arabic, half spoke Spanish, like one person spoke English.I warned the general contractor three times not to touch the thermostat until a service could be completed. They did anyways, broke the furnace. $2,500 to replace it.Work quality was horrible. My independent project manager had to explain basic construction concepts to them multiple times. Repeatedly failed inspections. Finally fired them from several basic aspects of the job and had to force them to use competent subcontractors or else no payment. Completed maybe 70% of the project, and even that was only because I gave them a two weeks extension. (Under no contractual obligation to do so)Project was supposed to complete at the end of January. It is September and I AM STILL WAITING for them to come make repairs to their faulty work.Long story short: all they care about is their money. Little concern for quality control and just horrible attention to details. Literally put my familys safety at risk because they didnt know what they were doing. RUN!!!

Mariana in the Orange location is the one to talk to if you go there she is excellent she could order your cabinets and granite. Everything shes very knowledgeable.

Worst experience I have ever had. Took over 4 weeks for someone to tell me my order would not be in for another 6 weeks. And not to mention if I did not call them they would not call me. Even after leaving several voicemail messages none of them returned. I canceled my order and do not recommend them to anyone.

After being asked to change my bad review, and doing so, I just cant take falsely misleading people that may be spending a great sum of their money based on misinformation. MANY of these reviews must be famliy, friends and in some cases I see, even employees there. Look at the negative ones...my design was nice...the he price of the cabinets was good...and thats it. Granite was GROSSLY overpriced (I went with another company), the young lady (will not mention names) in there warehouse was rude and unhelpful...ZERO follow-up with communication on delivery of my cabinets and zero follow-through when 3 of my cabinets came in wrong, missing toe kicks, and an impossible way to finish my island (not recommended by Cubitac). The ONLY reason I even removed my original post was because I felt I was being held hostage to get my missing pieces...I finally was able to go straight to the manufacturer to rectify the issue...and they dont typically sell to the public. There is my experience...I am confident that there are some good ones out there Im sure, but this wasnt the case for me...its called a review for a reason, not just to post the good ones. Again, my design wad nice and the price was right on the cabinets...

This store sells tiles in different sizes, shapes, and colors. Theyre used on floors, and walls, in kitchens, and bathrooms.

Save yourself the time and stress and go elsewhere.1 star doesnt even do my experience justice. 3 months and multiple chances to make everything right and still not complete. Horrible communication, a joke of an install. I dont believe this professional Installation I paid up front and in full for came with an understanding on how to use a level. I can go on and on and on about how this was a horrible experience, take it from me, not even worth it. Spend the extra money and go with somebody that knows how to at least use a level and hang a proper cabinet, not somebody that purchased a kitchen design software and claims to be professional.The granite yard was the only respectable part of this whole deal, they made right after the initial screw up of the kitchen designer. Cost them 65+ feet in granite but they made right by it.

Used them a few times now and great pricing and service each time.

Friendly staff and decent selection for a small place. Prices arent better than bigger place with better selection, so may not want to make your first stop.

Bargain Tile and Stone has a great selection to choose from and the price is affordable as well. I would recommend them to my friends.
