We are absolutely thrilled with our cabinets from Ross Cabinetry. We have an antique where absolutely nothing is level. The cabinets are beautiful and perfect, you cant tell that the walls arent square. The estimate was exactly what we were told. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We were extremely dissatisfied with the way Rick Ross conducted business. He gave an estimate to repair a damaged table. When we came to pick it up 4 weeks after the date that he said the table would be ready, to our dismay, he more than doubled the price. We had numerous conversations with Mr. Ross about when the table would be completed and at no time did he say that the price was well exceeding his original estimate. He said the table would take approximately 8 hours to repair and when we got there he said it took 21 hours. Outrageous! We would not recommend Ross Custom Cabinetry to anyone. In fact, we would go out of our way to warn people of what a horrible experience this was in the hopes that they would not have to go through this. There are many fair and honest people who stand by their word and their work, unfortunately Rick Ross is not one of them. The only reason we gave him one star is that we could not give him less.

I am also a cabinetmaker and referred my customer to Ross as a joint venture to complete a large kitchen, everything seemed fine at first but he then turned into a money hungry slimball, belittled me in front of the customer and totally robbed me of the job. On an almost $80,000 job I received $200 only after going to court. It has been said by several people in Milford that he does not have a friend in this town. He has insulted my work as a reason to cheat me and others out of money to pay for his big boat and his expensive Italian sports car. I dont know how he can look in the mirror in the morning and not see a cheat, a crook and a man driven by money, I believe his business will go under after the State of Connecticut comes down on him for sales tax evasion

As the GC on the job Mr. Negri refers to in his review, I couldnt disagree more. Rick Ross salvaged the job and deserved to be paid. His workmanship was exceptional. Evidently the court agreed.
