Great products and service. I, as well as most of us at work have ordered from here, in person and online and both are great . They are very accomodating also, we had an issue with a delivery address (the recipient was not where we thought she would be so we called to see if it had left the store yet) and the Milford location went out of their way to be sure the driver got the new info and helped us make the delivery happen!

Everything from Edible Arrangements is Excellent! And Done With PRIDE & PROFESSIONALISM! I would NEVER Hesitate to Use them! They Are Rated number 1 by Me & Anyone I know who has Used Them! 10 Stars! Incredibly knowledgeable staff girl at front counter answered many questions for me and anything else the manager was happy to come to answer.. if you are looking for an expensive gesture that you can also eat this is the place to go!! they got my order out even after trouble with address and it was way out of their delivery area but still made my employees birthday special - they even added on numbers for free at the top!! i will be returning!!

Went to pick up order earlier than order time and store was closed. Drove 20 mins there and another 29 mins home but was complete waste of time. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

The ladies working at this store were very accommodating and excellent sense of humor too made me laugh and feel good about my purchase my fiance loved her boquet they delivered exactly when promised and they gave me a coupon for next time too will definitely return to this location even tho i live in new haven worth the drive to get exceptional service thanks again ladies!!

Went in couple years ago to buy an arrangement for a 50+ party and was totally ignored. Waited 10 mins people came in and were waited on because they already ordered, very ignorant and will NEVER order from there and told my friends. Please DONT send me any advertisements for Edible Arrangements period...

The experience was good. I ordered 2 fruit baskets at Christmas for gifts. The girl was helpful and pleasant. I got two baskets at 50% off. Everyone was happy with their gifts.

Horrible location. They are not honest about deliveries and are rude! Horrible customer service. Do not buy from the Milford location.

I love edible arrangements. Chocolate covered strawberries. I love fresh fruit. I hate flowers, Id rather have an edible arrangement any-day.

I recently placed an order using this location and I will never again. There was confusion about the drop off name for my order and the woman who called me was extremely rude and degrading!
