Used to be a great place to shop. I still have a spectacularly well crafted wallet from TA that I bought in the 90s. When I look at Territory Ahead site now, the clothing is some sort of clown show with jacked-up colors/patterns and sissified contours. Way overpriced to boot. Come-on man!

I was surprised to get a catalog from the revived, new Territory Ahead. Before I ordered on the phone, I asked the clerk for the assurance that if the mail-order shirts do not fit I can return them and not be held responsible for return shipping. She promised me! Two shirts were ordered. Only one arrived. I called to inquire about the other one. They said It is on backorder. Wait for 2 weeks. At the date of order, they never said it was on backorder. After all, I ordered on the same day as the catalog arrived at the house. The shirt that I received was at least 2 sizes larger than M. I wear either M or L depending on the maker. This one fit like XL. I called for a return. They said send it back, but never gave me a return label, even though I reminded them that I was unwilling to pay return postage because it simply was not something I should be penalized for, that their sizing is so far off. I returned the package and waited, and waited. Finally, I called back to see where my refund was. They put me on hold for a long time and said, well yes, they received it, but since I did not use a return label they did not credit me. I complained that I had not received a return label. The second shirt never arrived after 2 weeks, past the date when it was supposed to be back in stock. I called again. Ooops, they said. They all sold out and I was out of luck. I canceled the order. To get the shipping costs back for the first, too large shirt I had no make 4 calls. Never, ever, will I order from them again.

Not sure what market Territory Ahead is targeting, but I use to be a faithful customer. Not any more. Their prices are outrageous now. And the quality isn’t there anymore. So, no more Territory Ahead for me. Very disappointing for what you get for your money.....I don’t see them making it.

The absolutely worst managed mail order operation. My order sat for almost a month in picking status before shipping. Long hold times to reach customer service by phone, and no one could provide an accurate answer for the delay, but was promised it would be expedited and shipped the next day. Didnt happen twice, it took a third phone call. Intriguing one-of-a-kind merchandise ... but not worth the hassle.

Territory Ahead used to be a company that was associated with unique and quality clothing. Their product line has become stale and the quality is junk. The associates at the call center provide genuine sounding apologies and acknowledge the persistently defective product line but cant provide anything more than that. Ive accepted the fact that I need to find another clothing outlet. Too bad they had to change.

Territory Ahead has the BEST clothing that lasts for years and still looks brand new! Ive been ordering from this company for 12+ years for my brothers, husband and nephews. They still have clothes from past Christmases that they wear through the winter and they look like new or are nicely worn in and super comfortable. This is not disposable clothing! The quality and service has always been excellent. All these negative reviews sound bogus to me.

TERRITORY AHEAD IS STILL SENDING ME CATALOGS despite having requested them to remove me from their catalog service on 4 October 2016, 13 December 2016, 7 February 2017, 28 February 2017, 7 March 2017, and 16 April 2017. How many times do I have to request to be removed from the service? How long do I have to wait for yall to get your act together and actually do something about it? Its been 36 weeks since my initial request. Babies are born faster than your company can competently remove an address from a catalog mailing list.

Have never done business with this company but received an unwanted catalog. I called today to requested to be removed from the mailing list. After being transferred 3 times, I eventually was connected to a voice mail system that requested my customer number. This is too painful.....

Use of reviews is FRAUD. THey will NOT post my negative reviews. Been a customer for decades. Some clothing is great, most is not. Overpriced, and they make money on exorbitant shipping, AND REFUSE TO PUBLISH SOME NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Not a REAL review system. Beware!!

After a 4 year hiatus, I decided to give this outfit one more try. I ordered two shirts. Both were nice but the slight differences (stitching in contrasting colored thread, TA logo embroidered at bottom) hardly justified the $96.00 price for 2 long sleeve t-shirts. The results were...meh. Pre-printed return label indicates: $8.00 to use. Im over these folks.

The clothing was of higher quality years ago and selection was better as well. This company has changed hands so many times it makes your head spin. I have been trying to get off their mailing list for over 3 years now since my last purchase from them. I thought once I moved that would be the end of it but somehow they found out my new address. Very annoyed. I throw the flyer straight into the trash and will continue to due so until they finally go under.

Clothing is great. Customer service is the worst. I called about a shipping issue and the rep seemed so upset that she had to yell. This would have been a 5star review if not for the awful customer service. ZERO for customer service

I have had nothing but five star experiences with this company. Others here, have seemed not as fortunate as I. I find the clothing to be unique and of high quality, and fitting to me and my lifestyle. I’m generally not an internet clothing buyer, as to me, clothing is something that has to be felt, tried on etc.. but the photos, sizing measurements offered in the site and ability to enlarge photos for super close ups of the fabric, have all helped me to order with confidence and not be disappointed.. I had a question for customer service, and was greeted with a sincere customer service representative. No fake smiles and pre written script. She was knowledgable and helpful. My question was in regards to a discount I thought I entitled to, and I quickly understood I was not.. but was given the discount anyway! Orders arrived in a timely fashion, and I have yet to have to return a single item. If I were to have to, the return policy seems super generous, with 60 days for return and full refund, 90 days and still get exchange or credit.. I’ll continue to be a fan and shop st this business.

The clothes themselves get a 4 or 5, the prices get a 3 because they are a bit high, but the overall rating is a 2 because the customer service gets a zero!!! I have never dealt with such rude people in customer service. They will even talk over you during a call! Wont be doing any more business with them.

I will agree with the first reviewer. The clothes I really do like although a bit pricey - the quality is there, so I dont mind paying. I ordered 4 items $292 and they weighed all of 3 or 4 lbs.....came in a large plastic bag- not even a box. They shipped by FED EX from 10 minutes from where I live & then transferred to USPS for final delivery. It took 3 1/2 weeks for the shipment to arrive & they charged $22 for the privilege of that delivery service. The back & forth with customer service was beyond frustrating & they offered up ZERO help in any way shape or form. I only took the time to write this review to share the disappointment - so that it may not fall on anyone else. Its sad that something that could be so good can be made so bad. Yeh, there are worse things in life....but this place isnt high on my list for sure.
