Salted Caramel Nitro Cold Brew is amazing. So excited Pumpkin Spice is back. The drinks are always delicious. Staff is always friendly. I have yet to encounter anyone rude when going to Starbucks!

Standard Starbucks fare. I went through the drive through, since I was on my way to visit family. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous.

Was in the neighborhood so I close this Starbucks. There is another location less than a mile away. This is a newer Starbucks. Drive thru was quite busy around 2pm. Ample parking in the front. Went inside to place my order instead. No line. Strict covid spacing policy in place. Friendly staff. Ordered my usual, black and white mocha, 4 pumps of each. Drink was weak. They shorted me a pump. Subpar in quality compared to other locations. I would try your drink before leaving the location in terms of quality.

They didnt get a single thing on our order right. We literally threw out the drinks. Waste of $15 dollars. Starbucks is never this bad and we will usually still try and enjoy the drinks even if theyre bad but they were literally making us gag they tasted so bad.

I went to this Starbucks and the service was horrible, I went in with my boyfriend and had to wait for the cashier until the line had about 10 people in it. After we ordered, everyone that ordered after us received their drinks before us and they gave someone that was after us my boyfriends drink and when they finally acknowledged that we were there, the cashier told my boyfriend the machine was broken and couldn’t give him the drink he asked for.

For my first time i here, i really enjoyed it! The drive thru employees were really pleasant and welcoming and i would definitely recommend going here if your nearby the area.

Asked for a Carmel ribbon crunch Frappuccino with no coffee because I am pregnant. I tasted and could automatically taste coffee but wasn’t sure, so I went back in and asked and they denied it having any coffee. I proceeded to drink more and notice my heartbeat getting faster and a boost of energy. My husband tasted it for me and could taste the coffee too. Very dangerous and upset that they didn’t make sure !

I went in this morning after ordering on the mobile app, when i walked in to pick up my order, they greeted me by name. they were warm and friendly. i especially liked the thanks a latte! on my mocha latte cup :)

Really great experience! Although it was obvious the entire crew was busy doing a task in front of them at least three or four looked up when I came in to say good afternoon or welcome to Starbucks. I had a coupon for free drink and wasnt sure how to apply it to my order, in about 2 seconds the barista and cashier were both able to help me going above and beyond to help me understand how to use the app. To use the coupon I needed to place a mobile order I stepped outside to do so, took a quick phone call and stepped back inside... To be welcomed back with another chorus of Good afternoon and hi Gina from the barista making mobile orders. The barista double check my order before handing me my drink, it was the new brown sugar shaken iced espresso with oat milk... It was delicious highly recommend!

I just HAVE TO share my experience that I had yesterday morning. The barista named Ardie is absolutely amazing!! I always order the same thing this time of year - a caramel brulée latte with an unholy amount of caramel crunchies (the topping). Not only did she deliver (she put about 1/4 of the container in my coffee), she did it with a smile. She was so kind and started my day off with a laugh. Most locations just ignore my silly request but this location never does. No matter how busy they are, my drinks always come out great. This location gets a thumbs up from me and Ardie gets an A++++!!

This is probably day 15+ of this location making my order wrong, but it’s day 1 that I’ll write each time they make it wrong. I go to this location almost every day and order a “Grande Peppermint White Mocha” and a “Grande Iced Peppermint White Mocha”. Seems simple, no add one, no substitutions, no special requests. Perhaps I underestimate the complexity of my straight off the menu order because almost every time one, if not both, coffees is made with regular chocolate not white chocolate. Today I went through the drive-thru and as usual my order was wrong and i told the window worker. He asked if I’d like it remade and I said yes so they remade me two white mochas, forgetting peppermint. I pulled into a spot, took my toddler out of the car and walked inside while juggling two spilling coffees and a kid. I asked that they remake them again and continued to wait a whole 10 minutes while the staff, who clearly knew I was just in the drive-thru when they remade my order the first time, worked on other customers orders while staring at me struggle to keep my 2 year old under control. I hope that with persistence of submitting a review here and to the corporate customer service line that the staff might pay more attention to the label on my simple straightforward order that they get wrong every day.

Drive Thru line is always out to the parking lot and nobody can get through to the other stores in the plaza.

I decided to go inside today because drive threw was to crowed. i walked only one person at the time inside the store waiting so i ordered then more people came in and say i ordered before them in store. took them 20 min to get my drink ready very unproffesional fast coffee not slow i’d i wanted slow i would go to Paris then i said something they just ignored it.

Had the reduced fat turkey bacon, cheddar egg white breakfast sandwich. Delicious!!

Your basic Starbucks. Very clean. Nice atmosphere. The staff was cool. We waited a little while for our drinks, that was my only complaint. Otherwise a nice location, and I would revisit.

The store manager Hester is completely rude. Refused to sell me the reusable cups because she “promised other customers”. Per corporate, Starbucks does not hold. Robbie, Tina & Corey sat there laughing at my expense over the situation. Is that the type of customer service Starbucks offers? Waiting for a district manager to contact me ASAP

The staff are incomprehensibly rude, the absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a Starbucks. They lie about their menu even when its available on the app. Lash out at you when you ask a question politely regarding your order. They cant make the drinks or follow the order at all. Consistently give caffeinated instead of decaf. Skimp out on parts of the drinks entirely such as extra shots, whipped cream, sauce etc. All parts that you pay for. Clearly none of these employees are properly trained Baristas nor have they had any customer service training. Glaring incompetence.

It is a very open space and decent but lacks the coziness I generally love about Starbucks. I would say it might be a decent place to come and work except a bit on the open side and sound travel easily(with nothing stopping it) making for a noisier environment.

I got a venti iced caramel cloud macchiato that had no foam. I asked why it didn’t have foam. They responded that it melted. The whole point of this coffee is the foam. They didn’t even offer to make a new one or anything.

Slow service with overpriced beverages and food. If this is what you crave, line up! It seemed that they were having some issues the day I visited. It appeared that several people got the wrong order, and others were slowly given the correct ones. The place is very clean and the food is displayed nicely.

I like the drinks. But love the iced lemon loaf cake. It is my weakness.

Always tasty, they always remember my name and give me cheerful greetings.

I am a daily customer along with over 10 of my co workers and today just completely made me rather go to Dunkin and drink that coffee instead of dealing with rude employees. I ordered for mobile pick up along with my co workers and I was elected to go and pick up. I get to counter and politely ask Excuse me can I please have a tray? The young man behind counter, hands me the tray and under his breath mutters Dont worry I wasnt doing anything in a very snotty and condescending tone. Really? Is this who Starbucks hires? Rude, ignorant, ill mannered people? Im horrified as are my fellows employees. Maybe employees should check their attitudes at the door before coming in. If you cannot deal with people, wrong profession pal.

I actually give is this 0 stars. w This eis the worst experience I have had at a Starbucks. Waited 10 minutes for my order to be taken. Then 5 minutes later got hot breakfast sandwich but waited another 15 minutes for the 2 hot drinks. Good was cold. Was ignored about the breakfast sandwich being cold. Honestly VERY DISAPPOINTED

Absolutely fantastic staff. They make my day every time I stop by for my Venti Pike. I always see everyone with a smile. I am in management myself and it is so great to see what looks like an amazingly positive workplace.

Very disappointing after going to the starbucks near it in Orange and finding out they ran out of strawberry acia juice, I went to this starbucks and after waiting in the long drive thru and going all the way to the window they tell me they also ran out of the juice. This is not the first time very disappointing.
