CVS is a very good drug store. They have everything there. The store is clean and neat. The staff is very helpful. This location is 734 Bridgeport Avenue. Milford Ct. They try to help you save money

Seeon was the most rude, unprofessional, unhelpful pharmacist I’ve ever encountered. She had a insanely crazy attitude problem and was the most unkind, disrespectful monster ever! She was extremely judge mental and made me feel ashamed & embarrassed for being on the medicine I need everyday! I left CVS pharmacy feeling extremely uncomfortable all because of Seeon. Thanks to Seeon, CVS lost my family, my friends and I. We now all go to Rite Aid where they do not offended their customers. If I can give a negative star rating I would!
I took an elderly friend there for his flu shot. He didnt have an appointment but was seen right away and was able to get the shot promptly.
There is honestly a different issue every time I pick up the same prescription every month. They have been overcharging me for said prescription for almost a year. Went to a Bridgeport location one time and the employee there found me the better discount I shouldve been getting the whole time.
I have been waiting since Wednesday for 2 medications to be filled. Neither are pills that need to be counted. Each is a sealed box that just needs to be processed through insurance and have a label printed out.It is now Friday. I called this morning at 9 a.m. to check on my medications and was told one was still being processed and to check back later. I checked back at 4:55 p.m. and the one med STILL had not been processed.I was then told I would have to wait until the NEXT day!!! I said, No. This is ridiculous. I have been waiting for this since Wednesday and I NEED the medication! (One is a BREATHING treatment that I quite literally depend on!) I was then told they can expedite it and have it ready by 7 p.m.I have never had such an impossible experience at a pharmacy! It should never take 2-3 days to fill a respiratory treatment! That, to me, is pretty irresponsible on their part- to allow their supply to get so low, especially when some babies and some elderly patients depend on said treatment! Im sorry. This experience has made me very unhappy. Other than this, the store is well stocked. Some of the staff are almost friendly.
I am extremely disappointed at this staff at the pharmacy. The pharmacist was very rude and refused to help me or fill my script for 1.5 hours though I was the only person waiting. There was no reason given and no respect. I feel that I was discriminated against due to the type of script I was picking up. Its terrible that people treat others this way.
I made a scheduled appointment on the website for a vaccine at 8 am. When I came in for the appointment, I was treated incredibly rudely. They were talking about me right in front of me like I was crazy and there was no such thing as scheduling an appointment for a vaccine. I asked if this was going to be a problem? I could always come back later? I was told that they just opened and didn’t know anything. I would probably recommend you don’t allow appointments to be made right when you open if it’s such an inconvenience to the staff. Or get friendlier staff. I will NOT be returning to this pharmacy.

I went yesterday to the cvs store of Bridgeport Avenue of Milford around 7:40, to buy something and I met my friend there, we were waiting on line.I was surprised of the cashier because she refused to take me and she took someone behind me.When I asked her she told me i did took you and your friend. I felt bad from her behavior. why she didn’t respected us ?I am pregnant and close to my due date and my feet are bothering me from the swilling and i was waiting for more than 25 mins.I can’t imagine how horrible she was acting with me? And why she didn’t respect me? Because i am from different backgrounds or what?My son is 9 years and he understand everything and he fetl heart broken when he saw and hear that.I just write these few words to show the people of Milford who have a big heart and hospitality how i am suffering today from descrimenation !
I have monthly prescriptions, among others. IT IS VERY RARE I don’t have some issue, whether it is they can’t fix my birthdate (which went on for over a year), wrong copays, can’t find my prescription despite the fact my CVS app says it is ready. They even wouldn’t cover prescription that was $300 and went to a different pharmacy and got it without even a copayment. Every time, it is their error, not mine. I’m so tired of CVS as a whole. I guess I’m going to need to travel for my future prescriptions.
I just want to write to say that the head pharmacist, first name is Will, is superb. Very helpful, works so hard, a real gem.
Was simply walking around CVS and some guy who worked there followed me around assuming, I was going to steal something. What an absolute Schmoe. Congrats on losing a customer.
