Steve work in showroom very nice.Connie very nice give us lots of info drop soil to be tested.Blonde horrible heavy set woman in showroom doesnt know anything. Was going to send us away because know she didnt know how to pronounce are name and we were here the week before she no memory of it. Watching her do her job waiting for someone to help us she doesnt know anything. When came back to showroom she acted she was our best friend no thank you.Ryan was an awesome help to usSteve in office very nice professional a gentleman.

Took my less than a year old stihl trimmer for repair. Took over 2 months to get back and warranty didn’t cover a faulty carb. I miss southern states in Lewes

I love this store! The ladies in this Milford location really know there stuff. They are quick to help and always have what we need. The Service Dept. is excellent as well. I needed some advice on my lawn mower and the Service Manager and Parts girl were very helpful and knowledgeable! They have a large selection of parts on hand and if they dont have it they will get it usually next day. I will always go here first!

A great location with friendly staff.

I spend a lot of time dealing mostly with parts and service. Rebecca and Kevin always take care of me, get me what I want, make sure its right the first time. They always make sure Im in and out to get back on the job. Poncho in service tells me how it is and is always willing to help educate . Great group of people. Always a pleasure to go there.

I will say that the products there are great. On the other hand I have just experienced the worst customer service in my life. In the parts department there is a female working the department with the nastiest attitude to have when dealing with customers. I was very offended and will not be spending my money with them as a result. But as I said the products there are great. I ended up going to Sullivans Landscaping on Rt.1 they had exactly what I needed and the people were great. Definitely will be going back.

Ive been getting gas from southern states for years and today was the worst not only did I have a gas bill on my door but also a note from animal services saying there was a complaint about my dog not having water or food yet if they where that close they would have clearly seen I have a automatic dog feeder and a automatic watering system that is right out in the open and animal services said there was no concern so all they did was wast peoples time if it happens again Ill be switching gas companies
