Incredibly terrible customer service. Gave three different quotes and owner kept increasing the price as he had wanted to. When asked about the change in price he practically pushed me out of of the door stating that this is how hes done business. Found two other another amazing companies nearby to finish the service for me instead.

We are so happy we found this gem in Milford. Having seen a particular counter top in a magazine I contacted 5 stone companies. Eastern Granite was the only one who responded and very quickly. Our order was placed and is now installed. Love it. The installer did a great job. Thank you Eastern Marble.

I had a very positive experience with Eastern marble and granite. Margaret was very helpful and straightforward. She helped me pick out a granite that was appropriate for the style I was looking for and in my budget. They came ahead of time to do a template and gave me an idea of what the counters would look like with a couple of different layout tweaks. I highly recommend them.

I bought my first house three years ago which was a dream of mine, being at the beach. It was move in ready yet I renovated a couple rooms and the kitchen needed an upgrade.I wasn’t comfortable getting new cabinets nor did I find the need to do so and wanted to keep the same footprint. The countertop would be the focal point so that was my main concern.The Fantasy Brown stone is absolutely beautiful and every day when I look at it I am so happy I chose this particular stone. I want to stress that if I got an all in one situation at another retailer I doubt I would’ve had such a nice stone.Nina was especially helpful and treated me with respect throughout the process. I felt she listened to what I wanted and needed & offered me contacts and design advice along the way.I ended up choosing my own tile and hiring people to complete the work outside of the countertop install. Speaking of, I was impressed with how Eastern Marble installed the countertop. The stone is incredibly heavy and they have it down to a science.I’ve learned after owning a home how difficult it is to find honest, respectful people to renovate your home. I would recommend Eastern Marble & Granite to anyone looking for quality pieces that will look stunning in your home.My galley kitchen never looked so good.Thank you.

I was referred to Eastern Marble & Granite by one of my doctors. But I did my own research and comparisons. We wasted our time and didnt need to. We bought our granite counter top from them. They were hands down the cheapest of all the other places we checked out. They dont nickel and dime you to death for extra charges. Dealing with them was very easy and they were really nice. Installation went great! They were absolutely the best! I highly recommend them!

Terrible customer service!!!!! You call to get a quote and they treat you like you are trying to get free counter tops from them, I had worked with many diferents companies in the pass but no one can’t top this one, customer service play a huge part in businesses.

From the customer service to the quality of their work to the timely manner in which they get things done there is no one better. I have 100% absolute trust in them in every job theyve ever done for me and I will continue to use them for all of my projects. They have been doing this for a long time and theyre clearly well seasoned experienced good honest workers. And one of my flip houses the wall was all bent out of shape and they managed to size me up perfectly so that it looks like a brand new house. Though they list they are open on Saturdays, in Milford, Or by appt on Saturdays.. They really arent.Hard to believe in a service based business That I received an email that said.Not open Saturdays.Glad they showed it upfront..
