I read the reviews of every shipper and consignee, long before I get there. Regardless of how theyre rated, I try to make a better experience for myself, and the staff, at these places.I arrived on Saturday evening 07/10/21, around 17:00, to find that the gate had been locked since noon. Not an issue. Either way, I was going to have to take a 34, so in front of this gate is where it happened.They opened the gate early, most likely for employee entrance, so I entered around 06:30, meet a good-natured young guy, whose name I did not catch, and was leaving the gate by 08:00... Not a single sign of rudeness, just a nice guy, seeming to have a nice Monday morning.With that, I hope everybody elses experience is as good as mine, going forward. Stay safe out there!

If you can do a job that has a lot of different scenarios and not have to ask any questions than this is the job for you 👌🏻 Otherwise you get 2 weeks and get let go being told you weren’t catching on (even though you were told you were doing great and catching on quick). Oh if you’re a mind reader too because remember you can’t ask the questions even though you’re still learning and the paperwork needed isn’t always filled out

One of the worst experiences Ive had with any company. We had a technician come out to diagnose our Cat generator. He was here for 30 minutes and charged over $600 just to diagnose and said he would send us a quote for the repairs. Its been nearly two months, Ive made at least 15 phone calls to various technicians, service managers, etc., and still dont have a quote. This company has the WORST service I have ever seen and clearly they do not want more business.

I had intentions of buying two Caterpillars. However, I was very disappointed by the pathetic, poor customer service demonstrated by one of Milton Cats sales consultants at the moment of my arrival, Mr. Chris B., who yelled at me even before I got out of my car just because I parked in a wrong spot.
