I stopped in last week ordered up a head light which was for a T80 and to no surprise they didnt have any; waited a week for the light to come in and they ordered the wrong light, not to mention I literally walked in the light I removed from the truck and handed it to him for this to happen is a horrible experience, people should not be so egotistical and just get it together because you dont know everything, especially simple things like that

Just had major engine repair,they did what they said,and most important cut no corners,labor rate 142 per HR.but if job is done right,you save in the end.very professional, only negative thing I can say is they are very backed up did take me a week to get in but once I did they got me in and out in a very timely fashion top notch repair shop very straightforward like I said if theres any if he parts theyre not sure of just replace them and for you guys at depend on your trucks like me a few thousand now can save me more thousands later just had to work done so cant really comment on longevity a speaking to the mechanic perform personally pretty reassuring they know their stuff had work done at the other shop location very professional on both ends dealerships usually are👏 highly recommend if you end up breaking down and youre in the area knowledgeable staff friendly people couple days backed up but once your ring they work on you highly recommended good experience truck is running great him back 3 or 4 times for other work related to this got me right in got me right out good job

Had to get towed in over a weekend. Monday morning looked at it first thing. I thought for sure the part I needed would have to be shipped in. Nope, on the shelf. Back on the road in a few hours.

Service was fast and the shop got the repair done quickly. I was told that there was a two week wait on service but when found my issue would be a quick fix they got it right in. Definitely would be back for more service work done if they where closer.

Ran into a problem obtaining an overweight permit in MA because I purchased the truck in CT. I later found out MADOT will not accept out of state certifications.I then called several KW dealers in CT. explaining the problem (I had detailed paperwork) but none would help. I got a hold of Jim Davey, Director of Truck Sales, told him what was needed by MA on the certification and received it shortly thereafter.

I always go to the Tri-State in Milford Connecticut their parts department is outstanding. The parts guys will always help you they are very knowledgable

I have never looked at Tri State as liars, Enfield is the only decent branch. I have brought my trucks here for years but I will no longer

On 6/9/16 I made a call to the part Department 5 minutes to 5 PM and ask at what time they close the gentleman that I dont know his name said to me that after 5 p.m. the computer goes down and he can serve no customer. And the funny part is, I was 1 block away at the truck stop and I only needed 1 bracket for my shock that broke around exit 38 Northbound 95.. that guy screw my life now I have to wait until the morning to get it.
