The sales rep was very helpful.. even tho I was dressed in my work clothes and kinda dirty he treated me so well and was very patient.. long story short I ended up spending almost $1500 because of how I was treated

This place is absolutely atrocious. I went here to purchase a necklace on Tuesday there was a female who was so busy on her phone she looked me dead in the face and continued on her phone and completely ignored me the entire five minutes that I stood there and actually waited.I then asked the gentleman who was occupied helping someone else who’s the manager and that’s when she attempted to chime in and pretend as if she cared and wanted to actually do her job. The most horrible part about this whole ordeal is that I wasn’t even greeted with a simple hello by anyone. This isnt the first time I’ve received bad service here it seems like it’s way too easy to get a job here like no customer service skills whatsoever are required.

I like the customer service, she remembered my Son who had been to her before, he took me to they big display, not the little one near the other side Zales Jewelry store, this one was bigger and they were awesome. Had more choices to choose from. Great experience

A little overpriced, could’ve gotten a piercing for $10 at generation x but instead I payed $29 for a small pink titanium ball.

I went for additional ear piercings. The store team was very nice but the piercings aren’t even & look bad. The piercer’s hand seemed to twist while piercing & the earrings went in at weird angles & are off, in terms of angle as well as spacing, from side to side. After seeing the earrings in, the piercer said to give it a few days & if they still looked uneven I could take out the earrings, let the holes close & come back to have her try again...unfortunately after a day the backs fell off the earrings - because of that hand twist getting them in, it seems the backs didn’t go on properly so now I don’t even have what I need to have the piercings fixed, not to mention the $50 that the earrings cost. I should’ve gone to a piercing shop but figured was only asking to be pierced on the lobe (nothing crazy) & that they must do quite a few piercings at Piercing Pagoda & know what they’re doing...

The customer service was great! You guys always have amazing deals! Also want to thank Melina, Christine and Miranda in the Milford location. They always help me find exactly what I’m looking for and always make sure I leave happy !

I purchased a ring for my daughter as a Christmas present and was told that it was exchangeable. When my daughter took it to the store to exchange it, they said that they could not find any record for the purchase. This was on December 26th and was VERY disappointing since I was told that this was possible.I will not buy anything from this location in the future
