Wish I could give it an additional star, they deserve it. Clean, well organized and above all else: customer service goes above and beyond. Let me tell you, I was helped beyond what I expect from an associate that was incredibly accommodating and helped me save a ton of money and still accomplish what I was looking to get while there. Even if I dont end up liking the product, Ill return for the ones I know that I do simply because Im so grateful for how friendly and willing to help and save me money they were. I havent been treated so well in YEARS. Ranting and raving sounds too good to be true? Its not!

I’ve been coming here at least once/month for the past couple of years and I have a pleasant experience every time! The staff is so knowledgable and friendly, especially Glo who is there just about every single time I’ve gone. Her customer service skills are amazing as I’ve experienced myself as well as her interactions with others. She’s always been extremely helpful and sweet with any questions I’ve ever had! Supplements can tend to be complicated, but I always feel comfortable coming here because Glo always has an answer for my concerns!

Super friendly managers! The staff will not hover over you, which is great. You need to approach them for assistance, and theyre very helpful.The assistant manager Glo is a book of knowledge! She knew exactly what interactions my supplements would have with my medication, and recommended some phenomenal alternatives.

Very rude and unhelpful, I went there tonight to grab my medicine, but I forgot the bottle at home. I started browsing to see if I could find it, but then the red headed manager started yelling do you need anything, otherwise you have to get out!!! I just left, this was the 3rd incident of rude managers or cashiers!! If they dont want to work then dont.. this type of store is important to me, but I cannot continue to shop hete

The blonde lady who worked here was the useless person working ever. 5 people walked in and not once did she greet any of us. A gentleman was walking around aimlessly and she just looked at him and didnt say anything. We had to personally go and ask her to check us out. She stood there and kept working the whole time. If she was we wearing a name tag I would say her name but she wasnt.
