Great customer experience! I just set up an account and they come whenever my propane is running low. I never need to call them or check myself, it is just always taken care of.
I dont know what the poor reviews are about. Ive had nothing but positive experiences with Rymes. They have always been responsive, helpful and friendly. Today I called to have my line bled and they were here without an hour. The technician was very nice, professional and helpful.
I Called Rymes Propane today to switch my services. Shayla W Assisted me in setting up a New account. Of course I was irritated with another Company so my mood wasnt the greatest. She did an outstanding job helping me and making me feel like I was calling the right place. She was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and concerns. It was great to deal with someone who obviously likes her job, has great people skills. Im very happy to be doing business with Rymes Propane & Oil. The seem to have it together and hire & train the right people!
I am not a customer of your company, and after my experience with you over these past two days, I never will be. You delivered oil to my house, even though I called you during the delivery, because my security cameras were tripped, and told you to stop because I am not a customer. Your driver had to drive past the address marker and walk past the address plate on the front of my house that clearly stated we are on the odd side of the street, when you were supposed to deliver to my neighbor across the street. You overfilled my brand new oil tank - thank god it didnt spill into my basement. You left a bill saying to call you, AFTER I called saying to stop. I called again this morning and was rudely told that I can either pay a discounted rate within 30 days, or you can come and remove the oil you put in, after being put on hold for 10+ minutes, after already trying to stop you from giving me oil I did not order or want. What a horrendous experience.
Use them for my kerosene for my heating system, so the most logical thing when I had a propane line installed to have a gas stove installed instead of electric was to use rymes. When they were dropping the tank the inspector came and said he wanted something changed which I had the install co take care of right away. Inspector approved and I called rymes to have them connect the tank they dropped. Was told not until Dec.24th now. My son is medically fragile, epileptic, heart condition, multiple food allergies. I cant just grab him takeout. Every meal has to be prepared and cant be microwaved etc. I even got a note from his doctor staring such and the senior manager I spoke with told me I know you might THINK this is an emergency, but it isnt. people are without heat and the schedule is the schedule. I was floored. Needless to say Rymes will never get another dime from me, whether propane or kerosene. Suburban is delivering a tank today. They were decent, kind people that listened to the issue and helped me out of a bind.
I just had a potentially bad situation turned into an excellent customer service experience because of Buddy and my driver # 1208, Dave C.Thank you Rymes! You came through so my 3 kids and I would have heat before a very bad cold spell! :)
This email I sent to rymes explains it all. Be very cautious using their sevices you may have a experience like mine.Good afternoon Karigan,I have actually spoke to someone today from you office, who basically stated this is my problem not Rhymes and insisted that I never had a contract with your company in the first place. The first initial payment was not processed and I was never contacting regarding the missed payment, which was due with the contract prior to or on October 28, 2018. However gas and tanks were delivered on November 1, 2018 and more gas delivered on November 5, 2018 without receiving payment or a contract as Ive been finally told very rudely today only after very persistent calling and multiple attempts of calling through out the whole month of January all while being told I would get a call back from management, which never happened. Now as of today I have ran out of gas and have no heat with a small 6yr old child standing next to small space heater trying to stay warm as temperatures drop into the negatives. I dont really expect that to be a concern to Rhymes as the nature of Rhymes has been made very clear by the lack of response and the personnel I spoke with today. Also it should be mentioned today is Friday and with no possible way to have gas delivered we will be going without heat, hot water or the ability to cook for the weekend. I am extremely thankful I did not make Januarys payment due to the lack of response from Rymes seeing since my contract was never processed as Ive been told, so I at least have the first intial payment, Januarys and now Februarys payment to switch back to energy north, which is the money I offered to the upleasent representative in the Milford office I spoke to this morning. However as she stated I never had a contract and for whatever reason felt she was inclined to let me know her office does not provide financial aid?? Hmmm!! I would also like to state when my gas was delivered they failed to bleed the air from the gas line, damaging my water heater and leaving me with no heat, hot water or ability to cook for 2 weeks during our last arctic freeze with temperatures dropping into the negatives. I respectfully request at you convenience for you to remove your tanks from my yard as I have no further intrest in using Rhymes services. The full payment will be made sometime before the end of the month at my convenience. I will be spreading this email to every consumer website making other aware of my very unfortunate experience with Rhymes. I am unsure if my experience would have been different if I had signed the contract at your office instead of using your Esign option or if I had made the payment at your office instead of using your websites online option, however I work during your office hours like most consumers. I have attached a copy of the signed contract as well as the email chain between me and your sales representative. Thank you for your quick response this morning, but I am sure it would of ended with the same resault of a supposedly management call back that will never happen.UPDATEGas has been restored, it did take over a month for a call back from Management. I did spend 2 of the coldest weekends out of the year with no heat or hot water. The reasoning they stated was my payment was not recieved in the 10 days.. The whole thing with the contract & payment, Im not buying into!! But i did get all my finace and late charges removed, my tanks were filled at $0.10 lower then the contract was for, and 2 mnth to pay off fill up. So the matter was resolve.
