Had a bad experience here as well. Walked in and I was looked at like an inconvenience. I was looking at the back of the counter person for 2 minutes. It was uncomfortable. I have $$ to spend here!? They finally did ask what I was looking for but did not have the part in stock. Never asked or gave me or gave me options on how to order it or what I wanted to do or what the issue was with my plumbing problem. They just sat there and waited for me to leave, so I did. Went to Webb. I wont go back there.

Helpful and nice to have in the area.

The visit had a rough start with a gruff counter person who wasnt initially helpful. He came around and got me what I needed, but the first impression was brutal. I left with what I needed.
