Couldnt be happier. We needed some stone for a few flower beds in the front of our home but were unsure how much . We stopped in here and we were so glad we did. The women working the office were incredibly friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions with a smile. We bought our stone and they even delivered a few days EARLIER than expected! Would do business with them again anytime!!

I visited Landscape Depot today and bought stone dust for our paver sidewalk Im installing. It will be delivered in two days. While there I walked the grounds to view all the available product. I was pleasantly excited to see a seemingly unlimited variety of stone, and related productd for landscape beautification. Landscape Depot Supply should rename their business Landscape Depot Heaven. They have anything ones imagination could dream about. The person who sold me stone dust was courteous and good at math to calculate the amount I needed. I recommend this landscape supply Depot as a must visit for amazing creative products in this field of endeavor. 5+ stars!

Landscape depot was awesome in helping us pick out our pool patio. Nancy took us out to the stones and pavers to see what it would all look like. Very happy with the experience.

I spoke with the person that quickly answered the telephone during business hours and she was extremely pleasant and knowledgable on the black bark mulch I was asking about. There were different options for me such as delivery or pick-up and the various convenient locations also helped. I cant wait to get my bark mulch from Landscape Depot! (Plus the place on Dilla St in Milford looks so amazing and professionally set-up). I believe this is a great business that deserves 5 stars.

Very poor customer service!! If you are looking to do business with pleasant woman who appear to like what they are doing....this is not the place to go. My husband called prior to going to the milford location to inquire how much mulch was per yard. The woman gave him one price of $38. When we went to the milford location and walked in, no one at first acknowledged us. We didn’t see the woman behind the counter as the counter was higher than her. Finally she asked if she could help (no smile). We advised the mulch we wanted to be delivered she gave us a price much higher than was told to us over the phone (why wouldn’t you advise that the price depends on the type of mulch?) She explained she gave the lowest price for pine mulch but that the one we chose was $15 more. We wanted 10 yards. The price also included a $50 delivery charge. While we were standing there I went into D&D’s website and found the price to be cheaper and delivery was free for over 3yds. They (D&D) had an “aged” hemlock and when I asked what that meant, another woman at Depot Landscaping said in a snotty way that it was a marketing tactic. For the same mulch that we wanted, Depot was almost $100 more. When I asked if there was anything they could do on price they both were silent and looked at us with no expression. Prior to our experience with them and while we were waiting I had witnessed the older woman talk rudely to a person that was delivering pizza to them. We found them to be very rude and they lost our business that day and in the future. Note...when we went to D&D we were approached right away with a very pleasant (and smiling) women. D&D will be getting any of our future business!

Beware! Terrible customer service! We ordered 6 yards of BLACK mulch. They delivered brown mulch NOT black. I called to tell them and was told they would look into it and would call me back. I never got a call back! I at least expected an apology ! So we are stuck and had to waste money and spread ugly mulch that we did not want. I do not recommend ordering anything from landscape depot!

Landscape Depot is a great source for Natural fieldstone to cut and quarried stone and pretty much all your hardscape needs they are quickly becoming the Premier stone suppliers in the area highly recommend them for your next project 👍

Have used them for a couple of years for mulch and soil delivery, never any issues other than some confusion around where on the driveway to do the deliveries. Prices are inline for this area and the quality of the products.
