We bought a Marlon SXS riser from out of state. They arranged their schedules so we could pick up. They had an issue and did not let them stop them. Super courteous and professional.

They had a hard time getting certain parts, just like everyone else right now. So, I needed to wait for my bike after drop off. But, when my bike was finished I was very ill and could not pick it up. The bike sat there for almost 2 month before I could get it. They were very kind and understanding.

So Ive been looking for a side-by-side for several months now and if anybody wants an experience they will never forgetAARON in sales is absolutely amazing, completely knowledgeable about their brands Can-Am expecially. Installed Mitas EO7 back in March. Got it done quickly.Now Im back. To have that worn out EO7 replaced with a fresh Dunlop Trailmax Mission.

I have been to Souhegan a few times for parts and advice and sometimes just to window shop and the staff has always treated me like I belong. Never a problem ordering parts. Very friendly and helpful people. Hope to buy a new sled next year and Souhegan will be the first place I will go to.

Havent taken possession of my 21 can am renegade xxc 1000 yet . But Hans and Alyssa have been great with getting everything set up. Great customer service so far. I have definitely felt as if my business is important to them not just another sale. While I dont wanna wait for my atv to come in and drive 1.5hrs these 2 have definitely made that reality worth it. Ty cant wait to ride.

Wanted a Husqvarna TE 300 so I called the sales department and spoke with Tyler. He was extremely knowledgeable and we were able to discuss exactly what I wanted to do with the bike. He knew just how to get it done. 45 minutes later I was in the showroom ready to ink up on the last one they had in stock. Alyssa handled the financing aspect of the deal and she was great.We hit a snag when my approval came back with a $2500 down payment because I was over-extended. When it seemed like I wasn’t going to be able to purchase the bike and make it work financially, the team here at Souhegan stepped up and found a solution that worked for everyone.Genuine folks that really do care about making customers happy. They could have easily moved on from the deal and sold the bike to the next customer. Instead they made sure they did everything they could in their power to make it work for the customer right in front of them, me. A rare instance of exceptional customer service in this day and age.I will drive right by all other dealers and make the trek here for all my service needs and future purchases, and I recommend everyone to do it as well. This review is for customer service - I had called Aaron from the sales department to discuss getting my bike picked up, reviewed, and possibly selling it to them. Long story short, I had to reschedule twice and then ended up cancelling since my neighbor bought the bike last minute. Aaron was very patient with me, polite the whole time even when I cancelled. I was a bit anxious (never having sold a bike before) and feeling like a jerk for being a difficult customer, but he was very positive the whole time, which I really appreciated. Thanks.

I was looking around for a used motorcycle for touring. SVM had a 2017 Kawasaki Vulcan left over at a great price. Staff was easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. They made the purchasing process very easy. I worked with WIll from the sales department . Will took his time, he went over the Vulcans features and service manual with me at time of delivery. During the inspection of the Vulcan, he noticed that the battery charger tender wasnt installed. Will had the service department take care of that. My only suggestions for SVM would be to decrease the wait time during delivery and to make sure the motorcycles are detailed. All in all very happy with my purchase and the sales process.

In all my years and all of the vehicles I have purchased new and used from a dealership I have never felt so valued as a customer. SVM is the best of the best whether you are getting service done, buying parts, buying a new or used vehicle or just going in and hanging out with the employees you are treated like a valued customer and friend. Bought a Can Am Renegade XXC today best experience I’ve had buying a new ATV from the first phone call friendly service . Every question I asked was answered with no pressure to buy . I was torn between two ATV and on Friday I asked if the second ATV could be assembled so I could see both and the hot it all done by Saturday can’t say enough about this experience if I could give 10 stars I would have .They will be getting more of my business that’s for sure .Thanks Tyler your the best as well as everyone who pulled through today .

So we get Valley motorsports was excellent to us today. They put on one heck of AOHRV course and the instructor was great but they were great as well provided everything we need for samples and lessons and tables in food and drinks absolutely amazing.I will be back to spend my money here as they did this all without any thought of return for themselves and to make our sport better and in return I will spend my money with them

Been shopping here For 5 years and the parts department is usually top notch. I call today and assuming a new guy answers by the name of Adam. He is not very responsive or helpful at all, seems he didnt want to answer phones today. I waited on hold and it rang through again because I was on so long and he answers oh, uh-huh youre still there!? Needless to say he was of no help at all and got nowhere. ....my business is going elsewhere.

Aron was great to deal with. He was honest, informative and very personable. I bought a used dirtbike for my son I have to say it probably was the best experience I had buying anything. It really shows that he cares about what he does.

Not the best place for old motorcycles the service dept had the inspection done and the back break was not working still got a sticker. The anwser was that the older susuki models dont have the best breaks. 2nd left some electrical wires hanging and without asking they just took them off. Maybe a good place for sales but definetly not the best on repairs

Called to get a price on a new ATV and they spent 3 minutes explaining to me why they wouldnt give me a price. Would have more luck selling if they would give the customer what theyre asking for. Its a buyers market... step in the ring and compete.
