The most honest car dealership Ive EVER dealt with. Joe is as honest as they come, and caring on top of it. The only dealership that I know of that they repair and fix the cars before selling them, they wont sell you a car that isnt to their standards and trust me their standards are high! I highly recommend them!

Honestly, this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Admittedly, I was a bit apprehensive about buying a car sight unseen from 1600 miles away. Joe made the process quite easy. Unfortunately they werent worth much but talking to the two gentlemen there made me feel right at home, felt like I knew them 25 years. Would definitely consider buying a car from them in future. Went to go look at a truck was interested in buying it and I talked to Joe, he told me he would have to do some maitenence and would give me a call back in 2 days, never got a call and was ignored after calling a few times. I then found out they had sold the truck without even getting in contact with me. unprofessional business.

We purchased our minivan from Joe about two years ago now, and from time to time I still remember what a great experience it was. The salesman we interacted with was helpful and friendly. He let us have the time and space to thoroughly inspect and test-drive the vehicle to my satisfaction. I could tell they had gone over it before offering it for sale. A few days later at my request they drove it a few miles up the road to an independent shop for our pre-purchase inspection. The results were good; one minor issue was noted. I expected to take care of the problem after the purchase, but Village Auto took care of it themselves! Then we had a fluid leak on the way home from picking up the vehicle. We called Joe and he said to take it to a local shop here in town, where he covered the cost of the radiator replacement needed. Two years and a number of road trips later, our van is still driving. About a year later, we recommended Village Auto to my wife’s sister, who also had a positive experience purchasing a vehicle from them. They will certainly be on the top of our list when we are in the used car market again.

Joe is a stand up guy, period. We purchased a car from him for my 17 yr old daughter. Engine light went on a couple days in, Joe immediately said bring it down and tried to address the problem. After a few weeks of it the light being off and coming back on, and the car just being finicky, Joe gave us a full refund with no questions asked. He didnt have to I imagine, but he didnt bat an eyelash. My family really appreciates your honesty Joe. He is out to make the customer happy, rare these days. Just purchased a new 2016 Harley Davidson Road Glide. What a great experience! It was like buying from a buddy. Joe was so nice and really knew his stuff about cars and bikes! His vehicle inventory is top shelf but you have to act fast! As soon as he gets them... they can be gone because of the fare pricing and great quality vehicles. I have heard nightmares about buying from small dealers and so far... my first experience was nothing short of excellent!! I would buy from Joe again and hes 2 hours away from me!

Bought my Acura SUV 2yrs ago and the owner Joe was very helpful and really worked with me on the price, I still have my truck and Ive never had a problem with it beside the normal maintenance and wear and tear repairs. I would definitely recommend this place and I would buy from them again.

The staff were extremely helpful and upfront about the car I was looking at. Joe the owner is an awesome guy who after only meeting and talking to him once knew he was a genuine nice guy and wanted to make sure I was driving a safe and reliable car.
