I was charged 294 dollars for the shipping of my USCIS documents that are below 1 lbs. when the website says otherwise regardless of what type of document that will be received at Saturday next week. I demand correction for this mistake. This is deception at its finest.

I love this UPS store. It’s very convenient and they have great hours. They even let me drop off my USPS packages for delivery! Love them and use them all the time. :-)

I had to do a return to Amazon it was so simple. They scanned my code printed two labels asked if I had anything else, handed mey receipt and Im out the door. Excellent fast and with a smile.

The service at this UPS store is excellent. I did not realize that the UPS store did all kinds of printing. I just emailed the owner the image file for the postcards I wanted and he took care of the rest. I will be email him a lot. Highly recommend for any printing. Great Service. Thank-you

The store was supposed to open at 8:30, Ive been sitting here for the last 35 minutes waiting for them to open. If I dont get a receipt for dropping the box off today Im gonna be screwed because they didnt open up at 8:30 when they were supposed to. I called the corporate office and they said sorry but there was really nothing they can do

They decided to charge $4.00 for a piece of tape. That is ripping off your customers.Edit: Store managers arrogant reply tells you all you need to know about this store. Customer wasnt asking for expert packaging service but for a piece of packaging tape or two to augment the tape that was already on the package. A whole roll of packaging tape costs ~3.00. The amount of tape to secure a small package costs at most $0.10. Charging $0.50 for tape is still a huge mark-up, but is at least reasonable. $4.00 is ridiculous. That is why you get a 1 star rating. For hostile attitude toward your customers. The responses to negative feedback is proof of this hostility.Also, the manager is lying when describing the package. Another bit of hostility toward customers. Perhaps he is to cover himself in case of a claim. There was ample packaging material inside, and it was the same box that the item was shipped in from Amazon.BTW: The moment the package was scanned by your clerk and in the UPS system, I got my refund. So if the item isnt returned in good condition, its between Amazon and UPS.

They want to charge $1 for 6-in of tape a package that Im returning and is being sent back at the shippers expense. Please tell me the percentage of markup on that! Absolutely ridiculous! I will just drive the other way to the other UPS.
