Excellent customer service!! I went in there for some paint samples about a month ago. I was greeted with a smile so friendly, I thought the gentleman helping me thought he knew me or something. Nope. He was just providing friendly customer service. The entire experience was pleasant. From the moment I walked in to the time I left. It was an all-around pleasant experience with terrific customer service.

I found an associate (at the Milford, MA Sherwin-Williams) that knew his product line, and was very helpful in suggesting choices based on my desired end result and cost. The Milford SW is my new paint store.

Top notch service and very knowledgeable staff. Matt G. assisted me on my visit and his knowledge of the Sherwin-Williams products and his expertise in color matching allowed me to get paint for a support column that was an exact match for kitchen cabinets near the column. The sheen of the paint was also very close to that of the cabinets, which made for a great finished project. Sherwin-Williams is my go to store for everything paint and paint-prep.

I love this store. The staff is amazing. The customer service that they provide has always been stellar. I wish all of my home improvement interactions were as good as they are here.

The staff at this location is very helpful, even went above and beyond to help me carry my paint to the car. Also, very informative about the different finishes of paint recommended for each room. Lastly, because once I used SW paint I swore I would never use another brand again!
