As Always, Outstanding Customer Service. I wanted to purchase a Weber grill called Smokey Joe and the box did not state whether or not it had the grill racks inside of it. I asked one of the employees if he knew and he said he was not sure so he cut open the box and pulled everything out to make sure that they were in there (which they were) before I purchase the item. Ace is my favorite hardware store and that will never change

I have been into this store two times to get a key made. Each time I’ve rang the bell and waited over 5 minutes and no one ever shows up. Today I saw 3 employees standing and talking to one customer and another one putting things on a shelf. But everyone was blind to a customer needing help. I was going to buy other items but forget it! Horrible Horrible service at this location!

Came here for a flashlight instead of walmart because I knew someone could help and I was not disappointed. Asked a nice gentleman to help me make a decision on flashlights. Wanted it bright and to shine far. He was so helpful! Really happy with this place!

Milford DE Ace Hardware has had everything Ive need for my indoor and outdoor growing, including all the best plant foods needed to produce incredibly flower.

Always seems to have plenty of friendly staff to help you with your needs, that is if they have it. Inventory always seems to be a bit lacking.

Seem to hire seniors rather than kids; not sure why. Not invasive, but there when you need them.Not your big HD/L warehouse. Old style hardware store with an up to date feel. Ill be back.

FOUND EVERYTHING WE NEEDED

Normally Im a person that has a lot of patience but what I experienced today was just clearly unacceptable I walked in the store no one asked to help me at all its rather ironic cuz normally when I go to Ace Hardware the employees always ask can I help you. But I was okay with that I walked to the back to get a key made and employee was on the company phone just talkin to someone I waited for about 5 minutes listening to him talk and there was a service Bell to push when a customer needs help so I proceeded to push the Bell and a female worker ask me did I need help I told her that I needed a key made she was not familiar with the machine it took about 15 minutes to get the machine working and the person that normally makes the keys was standing there on the phone and would not help so today my experience with Milford Ace Hardware two thumbs down

Expensive...but has everything you need and convenient and never packed.Quality as well, Walmart may have some hardware cheaper, but today needed a 8mm deep socket.Not the whole kit btw.They have all sizes individually, craftsman(lifetime guarantee).Short lines, if any, I will say again.Great seasonal cool stuff, had to talk wife out of buying stuff impulsivelly.All in all a B.You know service thats an A, men.Friendly staff, pay more, get what you pay for.Love ACE, just not weekly.
