I needed my 10,000 mile oil change. I had concerns about my transmission. They put it on diagnostics and updated it all for only a fee of 120$. Any other auto company wouldve charged much.more. I am a very satisfied customer. Id greatly refer herb chambers.

This was, by far, the BEST experience we have EVER had when buying a car. We drove from New Hampshire for a very specific Wrangler that had just come in and not only did they reserve it for us (knowing how far we were driving), but Chip sent a video of the car in real time so we would know what we were getting into. Five star service all around. He showed us the Jeep, helped me trade in my lease and eased my mind throughout this process. The welcome mat was set out from the moment first contact was made (online with an inquiry) through the time we left. It took only 3 hours from start to finish.I had researched dozens of dealerships and looked at hundreds of Wrangler before I found this one (Unlimited Sahara Altitude manual) and I had dealt with many sales people/dealerships who barely had time to answer my questions or took several days to get back to me. Not this place-they were courteous, professional and deserve your consideration. “There’s nothing we can do to help you”. If you like that from a dealership then this is the place for you. After years of customer loyalty, three automobiles purchased here, service, etc this is the response I received after finding out I had a $925 repair bill for a faulty alarm system module in an automobile purchased about one year ago. And here is the icing on the cake - 1200 miles over the warranty. One thousand two hundred! No flexibility, no options no financial help or understanding just pay the bill. THERE’s NOTHING WE CAN DO. You have an ample amount of auto dealerships to choose from so perhaps keep this in mind when making your choice.

I had an excellent experience with my purchase of my 2018 jeep. There was an issue and it was resolved immediately. My buyer experience was excellent. My experience at this dealership was not good. I came in for a specific car and did not argue on price or payments at any point.The sales representative was great, he matched my energy and did not make me feel uncomfortable.What really made this experience horrible was the finance manager. I knew what to expect when walking in, as I already had my own financing. The finance manager “helped” me get a lower rate at another bank, but still increased my expected payment by $100 (and overall price of $5000 increase of the listed price). I did not argue as I understand what was added and purchased. However, the finance manager insulted me at mutliple times throughout this transaction. Criticized my credit by saying, “You know your credit is bad…But I got you SUCH a good deal!!!” …Sir, I came in for a car. Not some white man to tell me to “manifest” positive things in my life after explaining my credit score is down because of theft. I was in a car accident and needed time to save money. He went onto insult the car I drove, which was a borrowed car. Telling me “You need to wash this car!”Needless to say, I won’t purchase from this dealer again, especially with a finance manager who cannot control himself by putting others down.

I received a mailer from this dealer reminding me I had an airbag recall on my van. I made an appointment online to drop it off which was simple and easy. Their next available appointment was only a few days out, which was very convenient.I got a call a day after dropping it off to say that they didn’t have the parts to complete the recall and that the parts had to be special ordered. I left the van there while they ordered the parts and completed the recall.When I picked up the van the airbag light was on. I walked back in, talked to my advisor Brandon, and told him about the issue. He was surprised that the airbag light was on and came out to verify it with me. I wasn’t able to leave the van any longer and told him I’d bring it back when I could.When I dropped the van back I was told that there would be a diagnostic charge for looking at the airbag light. They had checked their work and it wasn’t related to anything they did. Odd, as the van didn’t have an airbag light on when I first dropped it off.Brandon said that he would have the technician scan for a trouble code and call me back. I appreciated the technician doing this, but was surprised he hadn’t already taken this step when he initially checked his work.The code was for an open in the driver airbag circuit, (this is the same code you’d have if the airbag was left unplugged, or the key was turned on while the airbag was removed) but they insisted that it wasn’t related to their work or the airbag they installed. It could be wiring or a bad clockspring (the cable that winds around the steering column for the airbag). And for them to go any further checking their work I’d have to agree to pay the diagnostic fee.Brandon showed me the diagnostic print out with the stored trouble code. It was logged as a one time fault at the approximate mileage when the recall was done. This was now very cut and dry as a mistake on their technicians part, yet they still insisted that all their work was done correctly.Brandon also had a photocopy of the old repair order with a chicken scratch note stating that the airbag light was on when I first dropped it off. Truly remarkable that it wasn’t typed into the notes on my receipt or that I wasn’t called during the first visit to inform me of the issue, if that was true.I asked for a manager to call me as I wasn’t happy about my visit and I was leaving with the airbag light on. Brandon called me the next day saying that his manager thought it was probably a bad clockspring and that it would be over $900 to replace if I wanted it fixed, but they still weren’t sure if that’s what it needed since I hadn’t paid the diagnostic fee TO FIND OUT WHY THE AIRBAG LIGHT CAME ON WHILE THEY WERE DOING THE AIRBAG RECALL.
The honesty of the general manager Paul and sales associate Don made this experience excellent. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking the purchase a new vehicle. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase that I made and the process of doing it.

I actually enjoyed the complete car buying experience! I learned a lot about maintaining a Grand Cherokee and how easy it is and less expensive if done right. I also leaned about the value of Certified PreOwned. My salesman Nick was great, and David made the financing experience painless. I got more car than what I thought I would get and it was worth every minute of my time. They have a great group there.

Long story short - avoid this dealership as they lack the professionalism, communication, and customer service required in the business.The full story - came in on Dec 22 to test drive and buy a Jeep. I was pretty much set on it and just wanted to drive it in person. I mentioned to the sales person (kylle) (who only has 5 months of experience mind you) that the car was dirty and needed cleaning, there was a rust spot that I just simply wanted touch up paint applied to, and to remove the herb chambers logo upon purchase which he acknowledged and agreed would be addressed.Even though it was very late in the evening, we went through all the paperwork very quickly and I was on my way. I was trading in my vehicle but since I’m from NH and the Jeep needed work, I would hang on to my car until everything was ready and a date was set for registration at town hall in NH.Over the next few days it was crickets from kylle, nothing about the vehicle status, drop off date, or next steps. I finally get through to him and get a very rough estimate of a few days later. I had told him multiple times on the purchase date I would be going on vacation and would be unavailable from 1/6/21 to 1/11/21.Here we are on 12/29 and we finally get a time, I’m calling him multiple times from the lab I work at, which has very poor service and I’m wasting my time at work with this. He asks me if I scheduled an appointment due to Covid policy. Um he’s the salesman, why is it my job to do his job? He hangs up on me after telling me to look at the website, which the next available appointment is 1/8 (I’m on vacation then)So here I am with two vehicle insurance policies since I still have my original car, and the one for the Jeep. I call him back and tell him the scheduling conflict to which he responds “no, my runner told me you can register at the DMV go check that website” and hangs up again. Excuse me? I’m the one who lives in NH, you think I don’t know how this process works?So here I am continuing to waste my time at work, with poor service, looking up information I already know the answer to. I leave him a voicemail telling him this isn’t my job to do and to call me back when everything is finished. I call the general manager (Paul) who appears to be very understanding, and scheduled the town hall appointment for my return from vacation and reassured me I’ll receive a check to reconcile for the two insurance payments.So now I’m on vacation, with very little cell service and this whole disaster behind me. I come back to multiple missed calls and messages from kylle to schedule a drop off and appointment with town hall. Do none of these people communicate with each other?At the appointment the runner doesn’t have the warranty cancellation paperwork that I was promised would be delivered as well, only one key (both kylle and Steve (finance) said there were two) and none of the work done on the vehicle. Now I have to call multiple times to get through to Steve to email the paperwork over.I go back and forth with kylle about the second key, who tells me I have to come in, an hour away, to get a copy made since the key man is “stubborn”. Also, I never did get that check which Paul told me I’d receive.I have absolutely no more energy to deal with any of this anymore. I’m not sure what happened after the sale, but this by far, has been the worst car purchase experience in my life. Never have I seen a more incompetent group of individuals. Pretty sure I’ll avoid the herb chambers group overall after this.The Jeep is great though.

The finance manager David Lachina was very pleasant to work with, worked towards the monthly payment amount I was looking for, presented different finance options and spoke to me in detail about the contracts. This dealership was very professional and extremely helpful every step of the way, I did lots of research on the particular vehicle I intended to purchase as well as what I could personally afford. Even with all my research I still had questions here and there, and they were more then happy to help me. Not once did I feel pushed into a deal I wasnt comfortable with and there wasnt any hidden fees. Just fair and honest business. The deal I got was very good for both partys involved and thats the way it should be, no funny business. My transmission problem was never resolved. I kept being told Its not showing any codes. I had researched and confered with other people knowledgeable about cars. Although the cars symptoms, the research and the advice of all the car people (professional and amateur) pointed to the power train control module, nothing was done. I had bumper to bumper coverage just in case of things such as this, and I dont know if those people had input, but I was told Drive it until it dies. I didnt - I traded it for a newer car - at a different dealership.

So I came Monday august 2 2021 around 5pm to bring my Jeep to the service department I was told by Dakota that since I’m not from mass I was able to leave my car and get a loaner I expressed I’m not from MA I’m from Jersey I get there the mechanic left I asked for a loaner because I don’t live in MA I could have driven home and came back for my car and given back the loaner so the service clerk tells me I can’t get a loaner due to there’s no cars for the next two weeks I spoke to Dakota filed a complaint and she informed me that he should have given me a loaner and contacted enterprise which makes sense I explained that because he said it will take a few days I had to get a Airbnb near by waste more money staying in mass because how I’m going to go home with all my bags on a bus or train when my car is in the shop getting fixed? The responsible thing to go was to give me a loaner and when my car was ready I could have driven back from home and gotten my car mind you I’m from Jersey stranded without my car and I’ve already spend money on Airbnb & $61.79 Lyft ride from the dealership back to the Airbnb which all could have been avoided if the clerk did his job and contacted enterprise and given me a loaner I would rather pay $30 gas and drive myself than a driver $61.79 to bring me to the Airbnb I got cause I’m stranded in a state getting my car fixed when I could have driven home and back still waiting for the owner and manager to callMe back about the complaint I filed.
Sales Manger Anthony (AJ) was outstanding to deal with. He was considerate, easy-going and kind. He was able to work with me on the vehicle i wanted. He never put any pressure on me and you tell he always put the customer first. Josh was my salesperson and he communicated with me each step of the way, he returned calls and never put any pressure on me throughout the process. I would recommend that you ask for both of these folks if you are thinking about buying a vehicle

Went in for an oil change and multipoint inspection yesterday. Everything was checked off as green for good, including all fluids. I realized that evening while Changing my engine air filter that my coolant level was actually below the minimum fill line. This leads me to believe the inspection was either never actually done or the quality of the inspection was very poor. I’m by no means a mechanic so if I can’t trust the service department to actually service my vehicle properly I’ll be taking my vehicle elsewhere from now on.
Watch out for their internet prices, once youre there theyll tack on a 5000 dollar supply and demand fee.Im not even sure this is legal.I left there, and went to Artioli in Enfield CT. I talked to Walter about a truck they had advertised. I went there, and they sold it to me for 1000 dollars less than their ad.
Shout out to the service department who helped fixed a vibration issue I had on my 2020 Jeep Compass. Two other dealerships attempted to help and even suggested there wasn’t an issue but I needed to buy new tires yet it was as simple as balancing my tires again - which all but one were off, despite previous shops telling me they performed that service.Mark D. was extremely helpful and made sure all issues were corrected and I left with a clean, smooth ride.

After visiting a couple of Jeep dealerships in RI I decided to take a ride to Herb Chambers to try my luck. From my initial phone call, to picking up my new Wrangler yesterday my experience was amazing. Every employee I dealt with from management to the receptionist was friendly and attentive. I cannot recommend them enough.
I came here for an oil change a few weeks back. My service advisors name was Branden. The service they performed was fast and they notified me of things that needed to be addressed in the future.I did have a concern about something I wanted fixed on my vehicle and Branden said that they wouldnt be able to fix it and that they didnt have a remedy for it without having to replace the entire part.I asked Branden if this is something the Manufacturer would warrant. He said he would have to look into it and get back to me. Like I said its been a few weeks since I went there and I havent gotten a phone call, email, or any answer from him.I would not recommend that anyone work with Branden. His customer service is just lousy to say the least. I made a appointment to look at a few Jeep’s, I had a trade which I had a lot of roll over they were very helpful they gave me a decent value on my trade i made a deal for a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee high altitude I couldn’t be happier with the sales service and sales manager along with the finance guy they weren’t pushy at all to buy like most dealerships are. I couldn’t be more happier with my new Jeep I love it if I wasn’t a hour away from them I’d definitely would go there for my service and other things. They also delivered my car to me so I didn’t have to drive all the way back up there. I have and will recommend anyone looking for a car or Jeep to definitely look at there inventory if there is something you like go there they are really outgoing no pushy which I liked the most I wasn’t pressured to buy it was on my time not there’s. My issue is they sell certified used vehicles with features not working and then the service department just says we did everything we could on our end but we are not able to fix the problem. Hopefully Jeep will come up with better procedures to selling certified Jeep vehicles, you would think all features would work on a certified vehicle.
Use common sense when shopping here. They tried to sell me a lease for 60 months. The salesman’s and my self talked about a 36 month lease. When try Printed the purchase and sales agreement it was for 60 months. Lucky enough I was in the automobile industry for 20+ years and understand better then most . Be sure to watch your paperwork clearly. I’ll never come back. Funny thing is I actually know Herb Chambers very well.
Update on previous visit, thought they were helping, needed proper proof of residence (understandable) after provideing lease of house with address, was told the hard copy was sent overnight...... also that my insurance statement wouldn’t work......had to call the loan place ourselves to see what was accepted, it is now wensday, car was bought Saturday, the lady took our gieco and my job pay stub and said that they should be enough to confirm and then was removed from hold and will receive an update....... now I’m having a hard time believing I’ll have my car in time to cancel the rental I’ve been paying for, i don’t recommend people to others when u sign a deal and they stop doing their job, absolute let down

Bad servicing, never fixed what was asked to fixed, rude people the guy lied and said he could never get a hold of dealship that holds my warranty left my car all day and when i ok something to be fixed was never done WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
Purchased a slightly used GMC Sierra with all the bells and whistles here today. From Melonie, my first contact, who provided transparency on any fees before I even set foot on the lot to Steve, my sales associate who showed me the vehicle I wanted to see with no pressure to David, in the finance department, that explained everything and offered every option this was by far the easiest transaction for a vehicle I have ever had. No surprises and no gimmicks. I can actually say I spent less than what I was budgeted for, for something I wanted. Thanks guys.

I own a 2020 jeep compass with 5k miles on it. Encountered my first maintenance issue while out of town yesterday. Called dealership and was fortunate to speak with Mark Dichter, service advisor. He was Excellent in getting me into service on a late Saturday afternoon and the problem was identified and corrected in less than an hour. Mark was professional, personal, informative and efficient. Cannot thank him enough for helping to resolve the issue.
If I could give zero stars I would!. Brought my car to get inspected after an accident and to see why my traction light was on. Was told everything was all set and they did an alignment. Only to find out a few weeks later when the light came back and I called them because rheblight came back on to find out on that they couldnt do a full alignment because the damage to the back of my vehicle.... which was from the accident!!!! They also NEVEr called rhe adjuster! I do not recommend going here!
Start to finish, exemplary service! We had the best experience possible buying a car. Our salesman, Nick, was knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and friendly. Dave from finance was amazing. The vehicle was ready in a reasonable amount of time given that it was the weekend and I was changing states for registration. I had a lot of fun purchasing my car with the team at Herb Chambers Jeep in Millbury! The salesmen, Steven, was easy to talk to and non pushy. Great conversation and made the process that much more enjoyable. AJ in management was polite, professional, and straight to the point with great a number on both the Jeep I was buying and my trade - a bit tweaking of the numbers and we were on signing paperwork. Within 20 minutes I was in the finance office and David was my finance manager. Easy going, told me everything I was signing, transparent and reviewed the rate/payment/total cost of buying the car, and was consultative on the additional warranties i could buy but never made me feel the least bit pressured. The next day, Steven called and updated that the plates were done and later that day called to say it was inspected and ready to schedule delivery! Would (and will) recommend to family/friends.

The service department compiled of Rich and his team is absolutely outstanding. You are always given a straight answer on repairs necessary and time frame required when dealing with these guys. I bought my truck from another dealership and was promised a lot of things that I never received. Steve, your salesman, was very, polite, professional and knowledgeable about the new Challenger I wanted to purchase. I did not want to build and wait for delivery of a new vehicle. Steve was very patient searching out the specific color vehicle, with the exact equipment, that i was looking for. After much searching the car was located in Rhode Island. Steve was able to arrange a trade to his dealership, so that I could purchase locally. A great experience.
