The best car buying experience. From the initial email contact from Christin to the hand off to Keith, finance with David and the checking in from Luis, this has been the most positive experience at a dealership. A special shout out to Keith who patiently showed us the car we wanted to see and another one when I was undecided, all without any pressure. We really appreciated the espresso that David made special trips for. Delivery was quick, as promised. Were definitely going to come back to Herb Chambers next time were in the market for a car!!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Herb Chambers Maserati of Millbury. We worked directly with Taryn Mariano and Pierre Tomas from sales, and David Lachina in finance.First, Taryn and Pierre provided exceptional customer service and met every request I had in a timely manner. They both have the knowledge and brand loyalty that really helped us make our decision. The test drive experience at this dealership was the best Ive had. It wasnt your standard take a left here, take a right there, quick highway stretch and back to the dealer. They let us take our time and feel the car, I was able to really experience the cars.Second, with David, he backed us to the best of his ability to give us the proper guidance and best deal possible. The compensation package I receive from my company is structured in an unusual way and it was preventing the bank from trusting my income, which normally would have qualified us easily. David worked diligently with the bank to get us on our way in our new car, all while making the process very comfortable and stress free.We really felt like we had a team of professionals working for us. There was no overselling, it felt genuine and we were able to decide for ourselves. It will be hard to do business with any other dealership if the service isnt the same. Taryn and her team really set the bar.

Best. Dealer. Ever. Maybe Im overzealous because my Alfa Romeo dealer in Albany, dePaula of Albany, ended their relationship with Alfa with no warning or grandfathering of cars purchased there. You can drive 2 1/2 house to Herb Chambers, sorry. Well Herb Chambers turned out to be great! They were very accommodating and understanding of the difficulty getting there. I dealt with Brandon in the service office who couldnt have been nicer. They did excellent work on my Giulia and their prices were very good.Makes the 2 1/2 hour drive worth it!

Pierre was incredibly easy to work with, and went above and beyond my expectations to find me the exact car I was looking for. He was communicative and kept me up to date on the status of the search, and when he found the right car for me he worked very hard to ensure that I got the best deal possible. I can not express how great the service is here. I first started by emailing them. I received a very prompt email and phone call, I expressed that I prefer email communication, and Melonie completely respected this. I was not inundated with calls and harassed via email like other dealers were. She simply swiftly answered my questions and was not pushy.I went in and made an appointment with Pierre, who is by far the best salesperson I have ever worked with, he is extremely courteous and polite, and made the experience fun and special. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.Lastly I got to work with David in the finance department. Another example of an exemplary service experience. He took his time with us, made sure I understood everything. He was thorough and a lot of fun to work with.I have not one complaint, i loved buying my new Fiat almost as much as I love driving it ;)

I am not here to trash the name or the dealership. I am sure all of the positive reviews are true, I can only share my own personal experience9-10-19 - called about a used vehicle, agreed to the price in the invoice, put a deposit down9-11-19 - saw they had listed the vehicle twice on their own website for a lesser price, other websites such as cargurus listed the lower price as well. They couldn’t offer me the listed lower price on their own website, the sale did not go through. Was told my refund would be processed in 24-48 hours9-17-19 - waited more than 48 hours, no refund. I called to inquire, they said it would be put in today, expected as multiple sales associates, maybe one expected the other to do it.9-19-19 - asked if they had a receipt yet to show the refund was processed at least, was told they would send it to me. No reply that day from them.9-23-19 - texted the associate regarding the matter, no reply. Called the office, told they would send me the receipt. Waited 2 hours, had to call again and once again, ask for a receipt. Eventually got one, but it reflects a refund process date of 9-23-19, a total of 12 days for a deposit refund to be processed.Maybe they’re just having an off day. Would still buy the vehicle if they had just lowered it to the lowered price on their website rather than the higher priced.

Worst customer service ever. Dont make an appointment. Because the customers that roll in off the street that dont have an appointment. They make them the priority. They had my truck for over 3 hours & nothing was done. A simple antenna reattachment. The service manager Charlie, put his hands in my face & yelled at me to take it somewhere else. Then when I called to complain to upper management. The woman who answered the phone, she tried giving me the blow off. She said, oh I hate to cut you short. But someone is here to pick up their car. I couldnt believe it! So she passed me off on the sales manager. Who did nothing but accuse me of yelling & swearing at him on the phone. Im so glad I recorded my phone call to Herb Chambers. This way I can prove their ignorance. Do yourself a favor. If you want a good Dodge with great customer service. You arent going to find it at Herb Chambers. They refused to even do the update for my navigation system. Said they didnt do it there. But yet I have paperwork back from July of 2017 proving that I already had an update done there back in July. They just didnt want to do the job. I even said that money was not an issue. It needs to be fixed. I dont care what it costs. Charlie said no & showed me the door. Awesome place you have here! Im so glad I recorded that phone call.

Walked in thinking I was going to get the run around. But I wanted to try out a Fiat. I walked in, Pierre quickly took some info from me and off I went for a test drive in the car I was looking at. Between him and Scott the manager, I was more than blown away by their great customer service. Today I went to sign the paperwork, and the business office was just as attentive to me as well. Will recommend them to anyone. Glad to be a Fiat owner, cant wait to pick up my new ride!

Been toying with the idea of a fun weekend car for some time, and decided to stop by this dealership to take a look at their cars. Wrong choice for the wallet, as i immediately fell in love with a car they had on the showroom floor.From the minute i walked in, till the second i left with my new car, Pierre (Sales Exec) and Scott (Sales Manager) were magnificent. They were so genuine, and honest. I received none of that typical hyped up sales pitch, yet neither of them were pushy. I will be honest, I dreaded the thought of looking at a new vehicle, mainly due to past experiences - Herb Chambers dealerships included.Pierre and Scott at Herb Chambers Fiat completely altered my mood! From the time my fiancé and I entered the building, to the time I drove off in my new Fiat, I felt relaxed and perfectly comfortable with my decision. Excellent service. Had scheduled appointment for synthetic change and tire rotation. They had a deal 2 synthetic oil changes and tire rotation for 110. Quick service, internet, tv, lounge area with pastries, fruit, and coffee. I travel 30 minutes here for my new vehicle, because theyre so good and accommodating.

I went to Herb Chambers Alfa Romeo/Fiat as my 81 year old mom was wanting to purchase a new Fiat. We worked with Scott Marsden and Pierre who provided amazing customer service. My mom bought the FIAT 500L and is thrilled. Both Scott and Pierre were amazing in all aspects of the sale. I didnt think it could get any better until I met Karyn Ingram the Finance manager. Her level of service and information is second to none. I have purchased over 30 cars in my lifetime and her level of knowledge and CARING were amazing. She explained every aspect to my mom and I. My husband and I have NEVER found the car buying process pleasant. From pushy/dishonest salespeople to condescending finance folks, buying a car, frankly, sucked.That standing opinion changed with our recent purchase of a Fiat 500 Pop. Frank Salce was knowledgeable, open, friendly and funny, and went to all lengths to match us with the right car, at the best price and in a timely fashion. It was like buying a car from a dear friend - a complete 180 degrees from our previous experiences. Would we consider another car from this dealership because of it? ABSOLUTELY.

Very disappointing first experience with the Alfa Service Dept. Alfa Service is done at the adjacent Chrysler service dept. I arrived for my 8am Saturday appointment to an overflowing parking lot and no signs for where to line up for service. I found the entrance and waited by the bay doors for awhile and no one came out. Finally someone parked behind me and walked into a corner unmarked door. I followed and got in line. So much for getting there early to be first in line. When it was my turn, I was greeted at the counter with our computers are down and I dont know when we will get to you. The service area was cluttered with probably 50-100 service orders and keys laying on the counter and hanging on hooks. I thought I was back in the 1980s. It looked like total chaos.Computer was down (odd since WIFI worked fine) so there was of course no record of my appointment. I asked for the first Alfa scheduled service, wiper blades and any software updates. Wiper blades were $75 (really?) so I declined. After 2.5 hours my car was ready but still no computers so no invoice and no software updates. I need to waste another Saturday morning to go back for the software updates. Initial Alfa service is free so I left. Got a call Monday that I owed over $200 for my free service. I bought the car with 1000 miles on it so apparently that doesnt qualify for the free service. (Seriously?) Way to make a customer feel important.Poor communication and customer service, disorganized service dept, cluttered service desk and parking lot and people who are just going through the motions. Terrible impression for a Chrysler dealership, let along an Alfa Romeo dealership! Last touch of class was that there was a greasy rag laid on top of my floor mat to keep it clean. I guess the only thing I got out of this was a free greasy rag. Ill probably get charged for that too.I have some advice for the dealership. Bring your own car in to the service dept. and see how the service experience looks and feels to you. And then go to a BMW, Infiniti or Lexus dealership and see what real customer service looks and feels like.

Press 1 for good sales. 2 for bad service.I took delivery of a 2019 Alfa Giulia last month.- Car delivered with 55 PSI in all four tires.- Car delivered with a completely botched alignment. Rode rough and pulled to the right.I was given a loaner when the car broke down for an issue other than the alignment (Alfas fault? HC of Millburys fault? who knows, truthfully) and the car was at their service center for over three weeks.The Loaner:- harsh vibration on the highway- bubble in the front left tire- broken sunroof- rattle from the front passenger side door- drivers seat adjustment panel was broken off. had to shove back into place just to adjust the seat.- out of windshield washer fluid- brake discs warped(are you guys kidding me?)Anyway, dealer continued to claim that the car was not pulling and that there was no vibration. Gave me the classic the car follows the crown of the road. Well, a well-aligned car will not do this. Ive dealt with so many alignment problems on past cars that I know the difference.After working with FCA corporate care, I was asked to take the car back. FCA suggested I go to another dealership to diagnose. I went to Alfa of Boston in Wayland and had such a great experience. 2 of my tires were 20g out of balance, 1 was 15g. Alignment was fixed by their techs. I didnt even need to leave their parking lot to know the car was no longer pulling. I also received a software update related to my breakdown that had just come out, and a software update for the infotainment system. (I asked for an infotainment software update because the loaners was operating faster than mine. Turns out there was a software update for it)Do not service your Alfa Romeo here. Call Seth at Alfa of Boston (Wayland) and ask for Ethan to work on your car. They do great work. I am disappointed that Alfas re-entry into the US market is hindered by delivery and service experiences like this. Alfa is making cars that are amazing to drive and are so much more interesting than A4s, 3-series, etc. Also worth noting I have never had a loaner car from Audi or Infiniti that was anything less than perfect.The positives:- Pierre in sales was good to work with. Met my $ number and found a car that met my requirements.- David, the business manager, helped get me Tier 1 credit even though I had never previously had a car loan in my name. Goes without saying that this is not a guarantee that the same will be possible for you, and that each situation is unique.I would work with Pierre and David in the future. I will service my car in Wayland for the duration of my lease.

Pierre Tomas was an excellent sales rep, answering all of the important questions I had and taking me out for a test drive. Both Pierre and Scott the Sales Manager went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied, right down to some pretty small details. Buying a car can be a very stressful and scary process. I was in a car I did not like and had a not so great experience purchasing that vehicle. I wanted to get into something newer and loved the new Fiat 500L, but thought with my credit and negative equity on my car that purchasing new was out of the question. But I contacted Herb Chambers Fiat of Worcester and was contacted right away by Julie Dube in the Business Development Center and she was very friendly and responded to all of my questions promptly. I set up an appointment to meet with a sales person at the dealership just to take a look fully not expecting to purchase anything or just seeing if it was even a possibility. When I arrived at the dealership I met with Frank Salce who greeted me warmly and offered me ice cream, or a coffee/espresso! :-) So far so good! He then proceeded to show me the Fiat 500L and was very knowledgeable about the product and showed me everything about the vehicle inside and out. We then took the vehicle for a test drive and I immediately fell in love with the car! So there was not much he had to say to me when we got back to sell me on what a great car it was. But Frank was very understanding of my situation and genuinely took an interest in helping me get out of my current vehicle into driving something I would actually enjoy driving everyday. I then met with Jason in the finance department who was also amazing! The financing part is always the most nerve wracking experience and he explained everything to me and did all he could to get me the monthly payment I would be comfortable with. What was amazing is that I was able to get a loan at 4% when my previous car loan was at 11%! After I was done with financing I just had to wait a couple of hours for the car to be detailed and again met with Frank for any last minute questions and a walk through of the vehicle to make sure I was happy with it before driving it off the lot. Frank was a true gentleman through the entire process and I would certainly recommend this dealership to anybody interested in purchasing a Fiat! I love the car and look for any excuse to drive it! I will definitely be back when I am ready to purchase another vehicle down the road. Highly recommended!!

My commute sees me in my car for 2 1/2 to 3 hours every day, 650 mile per week. I am on my third Mazda3 for that purpose. A new car is on my horizon, and I have been researching econo hatchbacks in the low $20k range. The Fiat 500 Abarth fit that criteria. Back in the ’70’s I owned a Fiat 124 spider, a 131 sedan, a 131 Super Brava, an 850 Spider, and a Lancia Beta. How could I not check out the modern offerings? I arrived at Herb Chambers Fiat and was greeted by Pierre Tomas. Most people, myself included, feel that entering a car dealership is much the same as a proctologists office. This instance was not the case, however. Pierre listened to what I had to say, and he let the car sell itself…pointing out features I would otherwise miss. After checking out the showroom floor model, we set off on a test drive in a 6speed manual setup. The car was a blast to drive, as I suspected it would be. Back at the showroom, Pierre printed out the cost of the car, showing options for financing. I’ve never been to such a no-nonsense dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pleasant, laid-back experience. Now the not so good news. Although I loved the car, for me personally, I could not spend 3 hours every day in it. It was just not the right size for me (at 6’2”) for for a long haul. If I was looking for a car to blast around town, or even weekend trips, I’d get it. But as a commuter car for me, it’s out. If you are looking for a ton of fun for not a ton of cash, I’d recommend the Fiat 500 Abarth with the 6 speed manual. Thank you to Pierre for all your help.
