Had several problems with set up. Where windows got broke. Water lines after hook up leaked. The ac unit (that was supposed to come with the trailer) didnt received. Instead brought out a different one, that didnt work. It looked like something from the scrap yard. Charged me for septic to be pumped. Which was done in Jan., I purchased the land and trailer from them in Feb.. Never again will deal with this company.

Per the website B&K is open on Saturdays. I drove from Conyers on April 23, 2021 to their location at 1:15 pm and they were closed. I called and you cant leave a voice-mail because the mailbox is full.If they are this unreliable before the sale I dont think I need to work with them.
